I will apologize when you admit that you were sensationalizing my comments on another forum by posting them on here as intrigue! Making a big deal out of my comments and posting it on a different forum to make you look good is in my opinion nothing more than sensationalizing and scaremongering to a degree. If you cannot admit that it gave you a smug sense of satisfaction to inform members of this forum as to my comments on another forum and my subsequent lack of response to questions then I will never apologize to you. If this is the case you need to dig deep into your moral honesty reserve and question your intentions and motives and stop hiding behind liberal bs to justify your ends. Admit it, it gave you a sense of self worth to inform mes forum posters of my comments on the other forum! And as before, grow some!0

You are barking up the wrong tree.
And as for telling me to grow some that is below the belt and deserves an appology
Just provided the links??? You speculated about my intentions as a poster and drew a conclusion there was intrigue as to my inetions with my post, "hmmmmmmmm" that says "suspicious to me!0 -
What the hell can be done, i'm struggling to cope like most, but the pressure is getting too much, been to Citizens Advice and they wanted to know the ins and outs of a cats !!!!, even phoned the dwp 3 times to confirm my income then told me there is a long wait to be seen by their legal team until the end of april, so even though i suffer from depression, anxiety and have to support my child and disabled wife i was still told that i could always write to the creditors myself to tell them what has happened with dcm. Thanks Citizens Advice...0

Shaney,
I am in your corner and understand how you feel, my thanks was in reconition of you posting and letting you know I have read your post.
You have trusted that company to handle your debt matters and to be left high and dry is not on at all.
Rest assured I am working on this one to find the help consumers need.

I am taking the steps recommended in the notice and if I have any useful reponses I shall post them here.
I realize I can probably wave goodby to the balance held by DCM in my account which reading some posts is quite small but to me £1200 is a considerable sum and I don't know whether the company named in the notice(ClearDebt Group) will wish to take on my or any of our cases but it seems not much is going to happen now until creditors get in touch which will give us all a far better picture of exactly what outstanding the balances are and how badly we have been neglected and mislead by DCM.
We need as much information as possible if we are to get help and unfortunately DCM were very poor at and reluctant to provide it0 -
No offence, but i stand to lose £5000, and the last thing I want to bloody read is two contributors whinging at eachother.
There is some unhealthy exchange going on now, but I would like to just gently remind Obells- you have joined a thread where, quite frankly, hundreds of people may have been ripped off thanks to DCM. I agree that a vigilante approach is not the answer, but it is also grossly unhelpful to come onto this thread and support a company that, for WHATEVER REASON, stands to leave us drastically out of pocket.DFW Nerd Number 1378, and proud to be dealing with my debt.

Spoken to Mike at ClearDebt (800 612 3318) and he was very helpful and suggested that they would take over my account and they have agreed with the administrator that there will be no fees.
He was very helpful and is sending me information to study and he went through all the different programmes but of course he hasn't received all the information from administrators yet so he doesn't know exactly what the position is with regard to my balances.
He said the company handling my account would be their subsidiary Abacus.0 -

My sentiments exactly-we have bigger problems here and it is THEY which we should be concentrating on0 -
mothermurcury,
I appologise if I have caused any trouble that was not my intensions, Obells came on here first and attacked me for sum reason.
All I have been doing is giving you all support by sharing info from Legal Beagles there is nothing wrong in that and if I find more info that is of benefit to you all I will post it.
I do find the regulators partly to blame in this sorry situation becausae if those moneys where ring fence and protected and used purely for the reason of helping you all, which after all was the reason you went to DCM none of this would of happened.
