DCM Nottingham / DCM Money Solutions in administration?

I too have written and also sent an email so we will see what happens.
I really can't see us getting our money back and I have already made a private arrangement with Link Financial to carry on with the payments DCM were making,or supposed to be making.(I had kept a letter from them regarding missed payments and was able to set it all up with no problem whatever)
I knew they were paid on 22/2/11 so I have made my SO to begin 22/3/11 so no arrears there.

The problem with them (DCM) or one of the problems is that when the were missing payments the debts were being passed on to various collection agencies and it's not easy to keep track as they were very reluctant to send any real details and when I did receive a statement it more or less said money paid out £X,our fee £Y, balance in you account £Z
They never gave reference numbers or balances.

phoned clear debt uk plc yesterday and they were sopposed to be calling back but as yet no call back.
will post when i know more

Whe I rang them they told me there would be nobody there to help till Monday and I should ring back then.

pompey, i have decided to join this forum as it seems you are making your own conclusions as to my intentions.... i am not defending this company i am mearly outlining some facts as you are clearly not in possession of any.

I am commenting in order to put into perspective the hatred that seems to be growing against a name someone found on the internet. If people read the other post on the other forum then they might see there is more to it than just posting someones name and address on a forum (which i feel is not that persons job to do so and can put people who are not as guilty as they are judged in danger!) again i am only in possession of facts that i know due to working in a councilling role and knowing that the people who are to blame for this whole disgusting mess are Mr Sentley Robert Wilson and Mr John baird (deceased).

This information will come to light i am sure through the appropriate channels. I am not in any way shape or form condoning this company, i feel the need to help defend the names of people who have been lumbered with other peoples bad management and bad behavior.

You are quite welcome to join this forum no one is stopping you it is your right, I have not made any conclusions or named any persons associated with the company.

But I have passed on info from another forum and I make no apologises for that as it is my right also.

If you have facts that pertain to put the company in a better light then that is your right to post those facts here.

oh my lord, no wonder this country is in the state it is in!! grow some pompey and just admit that you might have been scaremongering a little bit more than necessary! yes you have the right and yes this forum and others are there for people to post etc.... but the fact remains that stirring and scaremongering arent good things to add to threads like this because they result in more negative results.

I have no problem with you personally by the way i am just trying to give a little bit of balance to this horrible subject without fuelling or fanning the flames.

Scarmongering, perhaps you might point out where, as I have said nothing that is already posted elsewhere and even then I did not copy and paste but just provided the links so members can draw there own conclusions.

You are barking up the wrong tree.

And as for telling me to grow some that is below the belt and deserves an appology
