He's out of the office still.
It has to be down to us to make contact if DCM have shredded everything.

And to think I even APOLOGISED to the girls for phoning so often.
Not only were DCM being paid but I was in the end being charged late payment fees and interest by creditors and whay has annoyed me MOST is that I was suspicious and worried and was about to give them the heave ho once I got my money back but I was too slow.

I spoke to Link Financial Tuesday and they received payment on 22/2/11

If you have paid money to them you MUST check to find out when the last dispersements were made, as there are now reports of several people who have not had their creditors paid since 2009

If you are effected you must notify Mr Fallows and you will be treated as an ordinary creditor.

Well, at least there's some movement. I know of at least one other local person taken in by these guys. I'm kind of relieved that I'm not alone on this one- I feel awful.

I have sent a very nice letter to the administrators yesterday, so as and when i recieve a letter back i shall post any relevant findings on here for all to see...
