just spoke to connought and they said they have not been paid since 2009 they blankly refused to set anything up and said they are going for a bancruptcy order unless i can raise £2900 to pay the debt off don't know what to do now so a big thank you to DCM.0

Tony they won't bankrupt you unless they know you have assets that would cover all your debts and their costs. They are trying to scare you into paying them. Don't fall for it.

last statement we owed 64000 inc loan we had about 5 years ago for 15000 for improvements don't know how much it is worth probably 80-90k,does it make a difference my wifes name is on mortgage aswell?0
