  • By the way- I forgot to ask- I hope you guys are ok- I'm normally quite highly strung, but I'm dealing with this well.

Robinson Way- Helpful- five week account hold.
Experto Credite- Very helpful- just get CCCS onto it.
Moorcroft- Cold, but OK. Keep them posted.
Apex Credit Management- Helpful, but wanted a small holding payment. Reasonable I suppose. Account on 4 week hold.

  • Can I suggest someone contacts Andrew Penman and Nick Sommerland at the Daily Mirror.

They gave the CCE fiasco publicity.

  • Thank you for that- do you know how they can be contacted? If so, I'll do it for everyone, with pleasure.

  • I have been a customer of this 'company' for a few years, yes I know they are fee paying, more fool me.
I've been trying to contact them the last few days and now their website says they are in Administration.
Does anyone have any more information on this ?
    I'll be ringing CCCS tonight.
i HAVE HAD A SOIMILAR PROBLEM WITH FINANCIAL ARBITRATION IN STOCKPORT We were daft enough to let a woman called anita into our house and pay her £600 to get rid of our debts with barclay card. She later phones and took another £600 to remove debts with halifax. She claimed they broke the law by not getting us to sign for increase in credit. She then ignored our calleds and now they have gone bust. Cant believe this woman..she saw our kids and finances in amess she must have no heart

Tony they won't bankrupt you unless they know you have assets that would cover all your debts and their costs. They are trying to scare you into paying them. Don't fall for it.

I assume you haven't enough assets ie a house with loads of equity etc.

Tony How much is your house worth?

How much is outstanding on your mortgage?

Do you have any secured loans as well as your mortgage, if so how much do you owe on them?
