Some of the reference numbers on mine bear little resemblance to the original debts because it seems that they have been passed on so many times by creditiors due to consistent non payments.

Well an update from Me

Xray is still working on the show.

Cleardebt are cooperating fully with them

Cleardebt have told me that the DMP i was on DID NOT comply with OFT guidelines but notwithstanding this there was easily enough been paid to have been debt free TWO years ago.

It also appears that the original decision for DMP was wrong should have been IVA or Bankruptcy as i WAS insolvent back then and i had done over and above good to get where i was prior to being DCM Scammed.

They have advised bankruptcy which is good cos thats what im doing from all the other advice i have got.

yet to hear anything else from the daily mirror

MP's on easter break so wont hear anything else from them until they are back. But questions are hopefully going to be raised when they all do

Nothing happening my way not heard anything from Andrew Smith, ummmmmmm Solicitor told me to wait and see what the outcome of the Final Proposals are tomorrow then take things from there, so as usual its the waiting game..

mike you have got this very very wrong i knew John for many years and can tell you now that other dcm apex in that list he never had anything to do with any of those companies.

If you bother to Google them most are still up and running with John Bairrds that are alive and well.

You think that there was only ever one John Baird that started a business,

I appreciate your bitterness but don’t get blinkered and make yourself look even more foolish than you have been doing.

Oh and before you start, no im not Simon Baird, but I do too know him but not very well

I also know Sentley Wilson and can defiantly assure you that im not him, but the comments about him on this forum mostly+ a true and accurate reflection of the bloke

Firstly that information comes from companies house, so those companies have a link Mr Baird, the same as the other companies have links to the others. If it wasnt true why has it not been corrected and why are there links between this close circle of people.

Within that list there are a number listed as "intention to strike" those going under as well as they.

I havent been making myself foolish. On the contray there is enough people coming forward with information regarding the dealings of these people all of which is being forwarded to the authorities.

But yet we had another person come on here with only 1 post and hides behind a false name.

What is it with you guys who know these people and yet you need to hide your identity.

We all know what sentley has been upto, we also know what john has been upto.

What we cant understand is why simon stayed quiet after taking over and why He didnt make any of our payments either and thats after Sentley left so whats his excuse.

How far does all this go.

If your post is to be believed everyone connected to this are staying deafly silent. All we get is "friends" who know them (but not very well but well enough to defend them) to come on here. Its like "i want to defend them but.... i dont to be associated with them"

You say "I do too know him but not very well" other "friends" of JB have stated he kept his card close to his chest, well does that mean your not in the know.

You have posted that your not simon and you definately not sentley. I hope for your sake your not, because if the information i have down here is reflected on all people accounts then i would say there is a high chance that someone is going to have to answer some criminal charges for fraud.

You understand my bitterness, now thats a joke, you have no idea how im feeling and what i have to put up with and im pretty sure that other people are feeling the same way given the circumstances that they now find themselves in thanks to the people running DCM.

If we are going to have a adult conversation about what has happened why dont we depense with the cloak and dagger names and come out tell us who you really are and set the record straight then.
