The whole point is that somebody knew and did nothing about it, they just let it carry on in order for us to end up in the position that we are in today, now that is "Unfair" ok so lets assume that Simon and Aaron were sent in to try to sort out the mess, why did nobody have the decency to tell the Clients what was going on, simply because the problem couldnt be sorted and you knew it. Did we not have a right to know ?????? instead we were constantly fobbed off with "Oh we've had a New Computer System, and why in 43 months had i only ever had 4 statements showing not a lot of money being paid out and a minus in Mine and my Wifes Client Account even though we'd paid thousands of pounds (ARE YOU GOING TO EXPLAIN THIS ONE MR B OR MR S) And why for the last 44 months has interest been piling onto the original debts ??? as previously stated in POST 301 how in the world could a debt rise from £1152 to £1478.72 when the interest was supposedly frozen. I've not seen sight of a statement since October 2009 so what does that tell you...Answers on a Postcard please...

Shane I can only assume you are referring to me? in post 306. Let me tell you I have had many sleepless nights worrying about the clients and what was happening to them, I was driven to the point of suicide with the way people like you were being treated and used. Sentley Wilson has not one good bone in his body he did not care a jot for the clients or the staff for that matter.
I also got out as soon as I could, when I knew how bad things were getting (and this was not that easy as I have 5 kids to think of) as soon as I did leave I contacted Crime stoppers, a solicitor the Ombudsman and The FSA, not one of these wanted to know, I had no written proof I didn’t leave with a list of clients, they thought I was an aggrieved ex employee. So don’t you dare judge me I am not the bad guy here, if they had listened to me this would have been brought to light 3 years ago!!
I was alone with no one to listen to or to help me, you guys have each other now and I applaud you for what you are doing. And the reason I didn’t want to come forward was I really do not want to re-live those dark dark days. I was thinking of my sanity and the sake of my 5 kids who also have the right to have their mum here not six foot under, no other reason, this choice has now been taken away from us.

Sarah it's amazing how the powers that be just do not seem to want to know until the doo da REALLY hits the fan by which time so much more damage has been done and the people responsible seem to be able to sail away ont a new venture with no come back whatever.

I did wonder how much the girls on the phones really knew about what was going on and what a starin it must have been to have EVERYONE complaining all the time.

Grumps, so what your saying is that every crooked person is the same as are their family members? Not everyone who is related to someone who does these things is the same as them you know? I for one do not think for one minute that the close members of Mr J Bairds family had the first clue as to the problems the business was in. I am not a member of the family but i am a friend and i know most definitely that nobody knew there were problems with the business as i think John played his cards very close to his chest with Mr Wilson. I have met Sentley (Once was more than enough) and i know this sorry excuse for a man to be a sneaky conniving odious peace of dung and would have been at the heart of all of the money decisions with respect to investing in other business' and whatnot, and given John enough legal !!!!!! to make it seem legitimate ... Not for one minute were johns family aware of the situation and i firmly believe this. He kept his work life very separate indeed especially towards the end of his life.

The reason Mr Wilson wanted to take over the business was to get his greedy little hands on as much money as he could at the cost of anybody before he retired .... i believe that to be true from the people who had to put up with it at the time told me. In fact he kept the financial information so close to his chubby chest that all the account records and i believe lots of other documents were taken by him in order to cover his tracks when he was sacked and the people who stepped in were in the dark concerning the financials until late last year because of this man.

I understand why people want to speculate and blame as it is the only thing that some people have left but i believe that the true events from Mr Wilson being fired and the company going through will come to light at a meeting sometime soon and i think that Mr Wilson will be facing a long time behind bars.... Again the only reason i joined this thread was because i saw a witch hunt building and had to try to get some facts put across, simple as that... i dont want to see speculation and hearsay start that again...

I know i'll probably get accused of all sorts of rubbish by a certain welsh member of this forum but i am only stating the facts as i have heard them, not been the cause of them. I could retort with wild allegations of my own towards our daffodil worshiping friend because it seems he has alot of inside information and a very big axe to grind as well, i could speculate and whip up the rumor mill some more by suggesting that he could be more closely associated with the fallout of DCM than meets the eye.. but i wont! TBH i wouldnt want to speculate as it would make me just as bad and i want all the !!!!!! to stop!

I have a theory of my own, John Baird (Nieve, Foolish and Gullable) dreamed about money and being rich as most of us do and yes maybe paying creditors for his Clients, believed in what his Bankrupt Solicitor Friend was telling him (Sentley Wilsons Get Rich Quick Guide For Dummies) Sentley was scamming us all under Johns nose maybe just maybe Sentley said dont worry John, you can trust me, it will work, go ahead and use a little bit of the clients money you will soon be able to put it back once you've read my Sentley Wilsons Get Rich Quick Guide For Dummies so John being Nieve, Foolish & Gullable listened to Sentley and got to a point whereby he knew that it wasnt working and thought how am i going to pay back all that money that i've spent out of the clients pot ultimately leading to his death of a heart attack So would it not be fair to say that the greed and the fact he had listened to Sentley be the true cause of his death and the mess that we find ourselves in today. Sentley knew exactly what he was doing and he had a gateway to the money and plenty of it..Just a Theory....

Instead of you defending these people, if you are a friend of Simion Baird why dont you get in contact with him and ask him to come on here and tell us exactly what has happened

If he had the intentions you say he had and has nothing to hide with regard to what has happened since he was appointed director of the company then surely there would be problems with him coming on here to talk to us.

With the excetion of sarah and the information she has given (which whilst we do not agree on what she should do next, i have to take my hat off to her for coming forward in the very beginning) everyone connected to DCM are deathly quiet.

I can understand why SRW might not wish to discuss his input into this disaster. I MIGHT understand why the Baird have not come forward because of what JB did, but surely if Simon is not involved in all of this, he should come forward to put his side across and answer some questions as to what happen after he took over.

We still do not have the answer to the ultimate question of WHY when he took over did he not go to the authorities with what he knew, instead of letting everyone continue paying into their DMP's and the money not going to the creditors like it should have done.

These are serious questions obells, we all can see what happened BEFORE he took over our problem with the new directors was that nothing changed in relation to the running of our DMP's after he took over WHY??

SRW had already left, you say he was fired, other people i have spoken to say he quit? The answer is irrelevant but the answers to the above are.

If a new regime had come in, surely everyone's money sent to them would have gone to the creditors, but it simply hasn't

Im hopeful that SRW will indeed go to jail certainly as he already been charged and found guilty of midappropriation of clients funds before. But I also believe an investigation should be held into what everyone did with the money taken and if there are assets that he bought with the money, these should be ceased whether they have been transferred through a will or not (in JB's case)and sold, the money of which could be put back into the DCM pot.

I think i can speak for people on here, whilst there is enough evidence of SRW's and JB's inappropriate conduct there is also evidence that some of the failings of the old regime (not paying creditors) seem to be consistant with the new regime.

If is was such a clean sweep as you are implying surely this would not have happened.
