WHAT A CROCK OF !!!!!....

Yes after 5 years I got in touch with them and had a letter supposedly after consultation with John Baird (who by this time was FAR too busy to talk to the 'clients' he'd been so eager to sign up and coax along)with all asorts of reasons and excuses at to why that part of teh contract didn't actually apply to me in this case because .....and I got nowhere and after 9 years I'm still not out of the woods an have paid them£1000s more.

DCM has been through a restructuring since co-founder John Baird, died last year.
His brother Simon Baird, and Aaron Smith, took over.
