People i recieved this message, i have tried to get this person to report this to the authorities however it seems that they cannot find it in their morals to do this.

The ultimate reason why this person came forward was that "they" wanted us to know what happened to our money. So here it is.

My name is not Sarah but I really do not want anyone to know I have spoken about this.
But i am happy to help you from afar. I was the office manager for 4 years, when i first joined DCM John Baird and his wife Marie were friends of mine, the company at the time (2003) was doing everything it said it would do, paying the creditors’ every month without fail, and building up the clients “pots" ready for full and final settlements. Then John got greedy/ big headed wanted to show the world he was a successful business man, so he started splashing the cash around, having a box at Nottingham Forest, sponsoring Carl Frotch the boxer, buying a huge house and having a Gardner who he paid £300 a week to, having handmade shoes, Armani suits, Caribbean holidays and flash cars, he paid 2 old Nottingham forest player retainers so they would do promotion work but they never did, just turned up monthly to the office for a cheque! He then met some flash bloke from London who persuaded him to open an office in Beaconsfield J.B funded the lot giving Chas a huge wage and bonus for bringing work in, ha that was another joke!! So he again used money from the clients "pot" thinking he was going to make Millions to put back, but it never happened. This went on and on him buying into schemes which were on their !!!!!! thinking he was going to make a mint! Till in the end there was little or no money left, so he had to start using money for the client’s creditors. He brought the "bent" Sentley Wilson in to the office as general manager because John would not speak to the !!!!ed off clients, (once they would no longer take the lies off the team girls, or me) He could only pay Sently (or the bfb) as we used to call him £100 a week because he was bankrupt and couldn’t earn anymore. I left in 2007 because i simply couldn’t take any more of what he was doing to people, taking their money and spending it making their problems worse than when they joined, he wasn’t even as smart as to pay my creditors i too was a DCM victim. I had even had to talk clients out of suicide because their creditors had not been paid. The girls and i used to have to think of lie of the week! God knows how many times we had “new computers" and system failure. He would have gone under a long time ago if he hadn’t had such loyal staff.
I still keep in touch with the girls and they have told me that when John died Sently tried to buy the business from John's wife but first of all was running it further into the ground so he could get it cheap!!! She got wind of this and put Simon Baird in charge who has no experience at all and had only been a sandwich shop owner before! The girls had been expecting trouble for years but told me they had no idea the receiver was coming in, they went to work on the Wednesday morning and were not allowed in. As far they know all the paperwork is in the building? Clear start has bought the database but all paperwork should still be at Hope Drive. Nothing as for as the girls know has been shredded. (Unless Simon and Marie knew and went in the night before?)

So there we have it thats what has happened to our money

To the ear wiggers you will be happy to know that this information has gone to the administrators so have a great nights sleep on me!!! Enjoy it while you can, it might be the only ones your going to get, before you get an 8ft by 8ft 1 star accommodation by HMP.

I suppose with all the money you have nicked, you can afford enough KY Jelly.

Well thank you for that Mike it was most enlightening and confirms everything we thought.
Good for her whoever she is for getting in touch with the administrators,an inside view might help them some of us may have spoken to her in the past,I was a client from 2001.

Do you all remember when they started sending out a glossy newsletter featuring various members of staff and all their new schemes?
That fizzled out when the money started being filched.
I remember seeing John Baird on TV giving interviews and talking about the 'rogues' in the business.

Shaney I can understand your language and I too am disabled and a widow and have though all the words myself.
Apart from the arthritis and angina and spondylosis amongst other probelms I also suffer fron Crohn's disease,a disabling and debilitating bowel condition which is aggravated by any sort of stress and this is just what I don't need.

Thanks Maggie, this just cant go on, some of us are far to ill to take this S**T i sympaphise with the person that got in touch with Mike but at the same time, its wrong to let such a fraud go by for so long on such a massive scale, look at us all now, up S**T creek without a paddle whats even worse is the fact they didnt even take into mind what the outcome of their clients future was going to be other than misery and the road to bankruptcy, chances are JB & SRW said sod the Clients it dont matter if they end up going Bankrupt, as all they thought about was greed and having the luxuries in life that we'd struggle to pay for yet paid for them to have. This is not something that is going to go away over night and all i got to say is that i'm back at the Doctors with my Wife today so John i'm sure you have gone to hell for your part in this, that leaves Mr Sentley Wilson left to be Burnt at the Stake oops sorry, thats to easy, what i should have said was finally be put where you belong and that is behind bars you Obnoxious, Money Pinching Piece Of Gutter Slime.

Oh and this is to you Mr Simon Baird and Mr Aaron Smith i know you are reading this thread so firstly i would like to wish you a Very Cold Welcome and as seen on the Forum on the Legal Beagles Website you apparently had Good Intentions when you took over DCM as Directors so why dont you be proper men and now tell everybody on this Thread that has been ripped off exactly What your Good Intentions were supposedly meant to be, obviously they werent working....

And if your wondering how angry i am, its simple, as much as anybody else that has lost their right to any form of future happiness and the chance of being out of debt..

Well, well, well This lot could have been joined at the hip with Peter Benstead the crook ( yes I can say that as he was convicted of financial crimes in the 1980's) behind CCE.

He is a Walter Mitty character one of his schemes was opening a Mongolian restaurant in Penzance, he shut his staff up by giving them a 3 month salary advance the week before everything went pear shaped, they denied they knew anything was wrong.

How do these people get away with it?

Shaney I don't know the answer to that.
Some people lost more than £100.000 to Benstead, their whole life savings.
At least one person was paying to have a house built overseas, now the builder wants to sue them, does Benstead care? not at all, whilst he and his family are on bail he is trying to set up another financial company in his daughter's name.

Listen up people i for one have had enough of this, my Family and Myself do not need this agro at the moment as there is enough suffering, as too are many other families, so where is the damn HAPPY MEDIUM ??????? yes somebody needs to pay for this and there is just so much of this that and the other flying around when it comes to who's done this and who's done that... We have a right to be angry and this is the only place we seem to be able to be angry because nobody else seems to be listening and as i said before Mr Smith & Mr Baird need to come and do a little bit of explaining as to what went on, is it fair that we should be left dangling on a very large thread waiting for a miracle !!!!!!!!

Im not being unfair, your entitled to your opinions but all of us on here know different. Problems with payments just didnt suddenly stop when Simon took over, they continued. Thats the good thing about a creditors report is tells you the payment history. Also when you speak to your creditors they give you a complete picture a to what has happened and that included to present.

I think i am in every position to call into question the JB faimily and their integrity, through JB they have assets in their possession which have been paid for with our money. I have private messages on here that indicate EXACTLY what John bought with money and that would have been transferred to others when they divided his estate up when he died.

Did Simon flag all the problems with the authorities NO, he he his older brother had taken money, he did nothing to bring it to the attentions of anyone not even the people paying money every month thinking that everything was okay when it was clearly not the case. They stood by and let the problem continue and there are even payments missing since the two people you quote took over. There is a saying like father like son, i got a new one like brother like brother. Regarding regarding Marie his wife, she knew where all the money came from and what he was doing. So please do not even try to indicate any differently it is an insult to our intenllegence that that kind of knowledge want rife through the family.

DCM were being paid yet my last creditor payment was april last year. Where that go then?

Regarding anger and allegations, i think i have every right to be angry as are all on here, if you dont like dont read simple as that.

I too have posted items on here and have more privately sent to me and they do not paint a rosey picture for the JB family neither Sentley Wilson.

I look forward to when all are placed into the dock to answer for their crimes.

However there will be one person missing how unfortunate.
