    Thanks shane for the acknowledgement.

This is what people on here cannot see.

I have to juggle a lot with what im doing.

I have to care for my 3 year old austistic son, whilst i am doing this i am on here, i am also speaking to various people in the media.

Im also in rehabilitation after having reconstructive surgery

And i have to arrange my own bankruptcy.

The only help i have is with a few people on here and my family who help with caring for my son.

With everthing i have on the go i am determined to get this into the media so that firstly these people do not get away with this and secondly it is not allowed to happen to anyone else.

I am also speaking to people to get this industry more regulated so that DCM is the last time where there is a risk to the ordinary person being fleeced by people like JB, SRW or if there are others involved.

A line needs to be drawn in the sand that stops this kind of enterprise of taking people's money and using it for other purposes other than those it was surposed to be used for.

  • information coming thick and fast so please bare with me.

the administrators once they have completed their investigations will have to produce a statement of affairs, it will be sent to everyone and they will have to report their finding to the office of business (an office that is already aware of DCM through my MP)
If fraud or anyother malpractice has been detected the police will get involved at this stage.

They will then conduct their investigation and so on and so on.

We are all in this for the long run because everyone whom i am speaking to believes this will take AT LEAST 18 months.

  • And what happens at the end of this 18 months... we still wont get our money back for what these crooks have done to it...
just wish we had a bit of clarity... even if it meant a set of stocks and a bucket full of boulders... we would be helping with the prison privatisation problems too...
  • just had a mail of the abacus finance who got my info off the administrators.... when i started i owed 30k ... ive paid 30,500k i still owe over 18k... speechless....

After 18 months PROVIDED the administrator can find something has gone wrong and the police have investigated then someone might be in court but i do stress it is 18 months at the least, some people are indicating years and that appears to be the case speaking to some people on here.

What i have done is speak to my MP so he is already writing to the Business Secretary highlighting DCM prior to the administrator sending his findings.

We are all in the hands of the administrator that he can find something wrong and involve the police

Although after he comes up with the statement of affairs i will be back in contact with them i think.

This is so S**T (sorry fermi cant think of another word for it, and im too exhausted after all the telephone calls i have had over this today) but a group of us are trying to get this raised with the authorities and get it in the media so something good will come out of it.

Unfortunately everyone we are speaking to are indicating that we will never see our money again.

There are preferred creditors (Government, banks ETC) then there are the staff if they owe wages, and finally there is us.

The likelyhood is that it will be a big minus by the time they get to the third tier (us).

but we will fight in hope of getting something good out of this

Well all I know is that the situation got gradually owrse over the past 18 months to 2 years and EVERY month the letters and calls came about payments not being received and EVERY month I rang DCM several times after receiving them.
I also used to speak to the creditiors and get the exact detaisl of last maoyments made etc, somehting which DCM hated.
They always told me there was no need for me to ring creditors and they would handle it-things must have crossed in the post etc.but I had details of if and when they had rung on my behalf and it never matched what the creditors said.
Now whether the girls were aware of the situation I know not (but they were always reassuring weren't they) but they must have guessed something was amiss,I was far from the only client ringing them on a weekly basis I'm sure, and someone knew that my promised cheque was never going to reach me even though I was told it had been sent by Anne Baulch who understaood was the latest office manager.
She had written to me 12 months before assuring me that things were being handled properly and I had no need to contact anyone but DCM-('Just ignore the letters and send them in and if they ring put the phone down' was what I was told to do.
  • Have we had this company as well?
