Given the impending police cuts and the current number of firms on the fringe of the financial world that are folding, the investigations needed to deal with all these people must be close to swamping the police!

That's not to mention investigations which ought to be carried out closer to the centre of the financial world.

I have also posted onto the Review centre website the details of this forum so that we can direct those on there onto here.

What is the status on what you guys have done.

I know people have contacted Xray and the ferret what have they said
Has anyone got any further news on the fraud hotline as i know apart from me there have been others whom have registered a complaint.

The lady from the BBC is currently on annual leave, i am hoping to base with her on wednesday to see what can be done with that avenue.

The Telegraph is chasing up the serious fraud avenue for us together and hopefully running a story

The Daily Mirror is continuing with their investigation, trying to make contact with the administrators.

So its all bubbling away.

Today i have emailed Watchdog, And BBC's Rip Off Britain, Will be contacting Action Fraud again shortly seeing as they have still not contacted me.. Have also now emailed The Independent Newspaper...

hi guys i have spoken to xray today.

I have to send them all information regarding this and they are going to start digging.

They are interested and what to run a slot on their programme.

I have told them i am willing to appear.

Is there anyone else who wants to appear on this programme.

I am meeting my MP of Friday to discuss all of this too.

I will speak to another area of BBC tomorrow to see if we can get some exposure on the radio.

At this point we have national newspapers digging as well as TV programmes.

Fraudline didnt get much joy they only provide "intelligence" to the NFIB "national fraud intelligence breau" there is no guarantee of it being investigated. They told me if you want it investigated it needs to be done by the police, however the police direct you to these people.

I have passed this information on to all our media contacts whom are trying to get this resolved.

I will also bring this up in my meeting with my MP on friday. I find it soooo stupid that it would appear that at this moment in time we cannot report this crime.

At the end of the day it is a crime and somebody needs to pay for what they have done to us all, so as always the police and fraud squad want to pass the buck, this is simply not good enough, we need action and we need it now Thanks for the chat yesterday Mike i feel a whole lot better today

thats for the post now. Yeah it was this forum that managed to get DCM in the mirror. We havent stopped there we have also got numerous papers involved, together with TV and Radio.

We know not all brankrupts are like these people, for some of us we will soon join the bankruptcy ranks because of these individuals.

It is our objective that these people are brought to the everyones attention. so that they cannot do this again to anyone.

It is also our objective to get this investigated so that these people can go to jail
