I'm gonna go bankrupt i've had enough now its all just doing my head in and i'm not sleeping, although a friend of mine did just say that surely dcm would have had a contract with the creditors stating that they would be paying the creditors on a monthly basis, ok they are in breach of that but why should the creditors come after us shouldnt seeing as their contract is with dcm surely they should leave us alone. Either way i'm tired and need sleep..Grumpelstiltskin wrote: »Shaney go over to the Bankruptcy board, the people on there will help you.

Sorry. There is/was no contact between creditors and DCM. That isn't how these things work.
At the best, the creditors may have informally agreed to suspend charges/interest, but even that would have no legal authority to it.
Unfortunately many fee charging debt management companies will spin their sales pitch in such a way that you can be left with the false impression that there will be some formal agreement and obligation for creditors to agree and stop charges/interest. That is not the case though...
As others have said, if you need to know more on the bankruptcy side, then post on that board.
However, please also seek advice from the impartial organisations mentioned here:

To all people on this forum who are affected by what has happened with DCM
I have got national newspapers involvement, i have got the BBC radio involved, i have got Memebers of parliment involved
I need all of your help to drive this onward. I need all of you to email your MP and tell him/her of what has gone on.
I need all of you to get in contact with the Daily Mirror and the Daily Telegraph (see previous Posts) and tell them what has gone on in your circumstances.
We need everyone to do this, if we all now band together, coordinate our efforts together we can get this all sorted and we will have a chance of getting justice for what has happened.
Grumps and co, whom havent been affected by DCM are helping us in whatever ways that they can but it must be us whom are affect by DCM that must now stand up and be counted and get our voice heard.

It needs people not only to do the things that Mike has said, but it helps enormously if you post on here. It encourages others who feel isolated, feel that they are alone and that they have to try and cope with this disaster by themselves. You don't have to cope alone, not only can you help yourselves but you can help each other, and groups of people are so much more effective than people working in isolation. So join this thread, post on here, email Mike (he'll post an email address), talk to each other and tell each other what you have done, what you have found out, what you need to know. Help each other and you help yourselves.
And if you get desperate there really are people on this forum who will give you good, free unbiased advice, see fermi's post above.0 -
Mike Have you mentioned MSE to the media?
You need to get as much publicity for this thread as you can. It will show up on Google but the more times you can mention MSE to everyone the better and the more posts there are on the thread the more it will show up on Google.
You will have a long fight on your hands CCE has shown that but if you are determined then evenyually something will be done. If nothing can help you get your money back then at least hopefully it will stop others being caught out by crooks like these. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -

Perhaps we can spend some email time together and coordinate what we need to do. When more people join the cause we can get them to do some.
Thinking about it it might be worth will setting up a cause on facebook to bring more dcm clients in
