Short answer Yes They have broken their side of the contract.

Shaney if you are thinking of going with someone else NEVER use a company that charges when you can get it free.

I'm gonna go bankrupt i've had enough now its all just doing my head in and i'm not sleeping, although a friend of mine did just say that surely dcm would have had a contract with the creditors stating that they would be paying the creditors on a monthly basis, ok they are in breach of that but why should the creditors come after us shouldnt seeing as their contract is with dcm surely they should leave us alone. Either way i'm tired and need sleep..

right people here is the outcome of the police visit.

Apparently Nottinghamshire police were incorrect.

I have logged my case and i am waiting for someone to get back to me. Apparently going to be the end of next week?? Why so long i do not know.

I have spoken to the telegragh today, they are likely to be running a story tomorrow (i will keep you posted). He is also looking at getting us some details to report it to the serious fraud squad in London.

Everyone get it logged the more that is logged the more likelyhood that they will do something about it. The papers are also going to help us.

I have spoken to BBC nottinghamshire whom are going to call me back with a view to getting a story out on the breakfast show tomorrow. So hopefully we will pick up anyone who hasnt yet realised that their money is missing due to what they have been doing with it.

Mike there were one or two victims who came on early in the thread but have not been on recently. Maybe PM them and point them back in this direction as the more victims you get on board the better.
