People like this should be sent to jail to stop them doing this to people :mad: It was a shower like this who landed our company in trouble caused us to shut up shop and file for BR due to PG from bank, also rendered people out of work :mad: The company was healthy until that point :mad: Sorry rant over

Im trying to get this into the media since they we pop, media werent really interested until this forum got going and it. But now im getting quite a few phonecalls emails and the like

Good I am glad I hope they sit inside for the rest of time, but even that is to good for them as they will have free bed and board on us the Tax payers!

UPDATE......................

Go BBC nottinghamshire speaking to BBC wales x ray programme (wales version to watchdog) they are trying for a radio slot so fingers crossed.

They are going to try to open some doors with watchdog for us.

Also they are speaking to the police, so hopefully the police are getting a bit bored with every paper/TV/Radio speaking to them that they might want to speak to us pretty soon.

I have paid DCM in excess of 28k over 5 years to this company and now (foolishly too late) contacted my creditors and my initial debt of 47k has only been reduced to 44k, I am in the Forces and corresponded with DCM via email all of which appear to be completely fraudulent... I cannot believe this has happened... sick to the pit of my stomach does not come close...

Emailed administrators and spoken to Clear Debt etc... not good times at all!

Why have i added the following to the thread, well truth is i dont really know or maybe i am just so angry i need someone to hang, and seeing as Mr Smith was terminated as a director on 5th october 2010 1 day before Mr Simon Smith Baird i've decided to pick on him as he wasn't terminated as director at Apex until 11th November 2010 so he managed to stay nearly 2 months longer than Mr Simon Smith Baird, how wonderful..

i was a customer with DCM for 4 years. owed £10,800 i paid DCM £7,200 and i still owe £10,200. I'm lost for words how scum like this can get away with it ! i am in contact with apex recovery ..... and luckily my debtors have been quite understanding about the situation ..... except that is for MBNA they have given me a real hard time and actually made me cry on the phone. I feel so sorry for people who have lost 3 or even 4 times what i have lost. I am seeking legal advice and will keep posting .......

When i signed up it was apex aswell that was nearly 4 years ago...
