Lodged a complaint with Action Fraud, they have referred the investigation to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau and have asked me to post this on the forum and get as many people to contact them direct.

Action Fraud 0300 123 2040... (I spoke to a guy called Jase). Case Reference 110400247911

Please call these guys and get your case recorded to add to the investigation.

As now Ex Clients of DCM do we still not have the right to know what is going on, seeing as it is us that have been screwed over by the Devious, Robbing B*****ds...

I had been trying to make telephone contact the Friday they had the message on their answerphone saying that the office was closed due to technical reasons and to ring back Monday.
I was awaiting a cheque for the balance in my account as I had not been happy and wanted to know where the promised refund was.

I smelled a very big rat immediately and rang the bank and cancelled my payment SO straight away so I was spared any further theft.

What ClearDebt said, Quote "Apex DCM customers who decide not to move to ClearDebt need do nothing. The consequences will be that their creditors will become aware that their plan has ceased when no more payments are received from Apex on your behalf"

Why are they assuming that creditors were actually being paid ???? what a bunch of Beeeeeeeps...

I know how my creditors have been paid -or not because they used to contact me every month when payments failed to arise.
I then used to pester DCM and payments DID eventually get made ususally 3 months at a time in arrears but I'm sure it wqs only because I made a pest of myself.

All the creditors told me that even if they accept an arrangement with you via a third party such as DCM the debt is still YOUR responsibility and if the third party do not pay up the responsibility remains with you to clear the debt and they will come after YOU.

Shaney You are going to have to be prepared to be in this for the long run.

Administrators have things they have to do in various order.

They charge an arm and a leg, all of which comes off any monies they find before you and the rest of the creditors get a look in.

I know I keep on about CCE and the creditors experience with them.

That company went down the last week in September last year only this week has the report been published and there is no sign of if or when any payment will be made.

    The report is here.

Please if you have time read it, it is long and complicated but it will give you some idea of what you are up against.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
