advice re rossendales and council tax

Cant seem to get letter right
 Basically it needs to state
that the council is liable for any and all actions of the bailiff
that as per regs they cannot collect levy fee and van fee at same time, van fee is for when they come to remove goods
there is no provision for wait time in regulations.
that as levy was made on account 1, bailiff made a levy on account 2 and 3, they cant levy on goods 3 times, are they going to sell the good 3 times.
they cannot charge visit fee twice for collecting on to LO at the same time. Account 2 and account 3 in question.
That you will be reporting this as fraud to the police, you will need to write to the Chief Exec of council, your local MP.
I will PM Halowitch to help as well.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
 Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

 Hallo is here anyway.
The Council certainly are accountable for the actions of any third parties.
The Local Gov Ombudsman would be a good port of call if all else fails.0
