advice re rossendales and council tax

it kept kicking me off too
my daughter installed updated version of Adobe reader for me and it seems to have done trickI am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

He posted that through last year same time as I sorted my other accounts out that I'm paying weekly and yes its a different account number, he never retuned so was no arrangement put in place I just payed on it when I could or had any money spare with it only been a small debt, the form was a levy it had my name and address printed on and account number, there was no goods listed on it it was just all blank, I'm going to my mums in the morning to ring the council up and find out , as an approx I'd say about 5-6 months0

They have sent me a break down of fees charged and what times , but they don't add up at all , was also charged for a van fee off 130 pound at the same time I was charged for a levy which was never made0

Please post all info including time dates and fee charged for each liability order.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

Ask them for copies of all the levies, please, unless you already have them.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
the last two accounts even states they are at the same date and times and also confirmed the same person, and relation to the first one , no there has been no levy made at all he just came in said he wanted the full amount and gave me untill the end of the week and see hes maded an "extra" visit for no reason and charged a waiting fee0

He can have the cost of two visit fees for this - no more. £42.50.
Ask for a copy of the complaints procedure.

He can have the cost of the two visits and levy but once even though there are two accounts.
Based on what I can recall of the goods levied that you posted up, bioth accounts should have been returned to the Council.
