Chillinnutta I saw all of these last week, even picked up the football soap on a roap for OH's black and white/NUFC box
some lovely stuff and so unusual to the everyday stuff they normally have.
Savingholmes, they are fabulous as always! Well doneRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Some bath confetti in a tube, pink and a lilac set, there were also mini manicure sets, and 2 nail polish in a little pouch, 2 lip glosses that looked like sweeties in a pouch. All for £2 each. The things that caught my eye though were the mics and footballs/ golf balls as soap on a string, for £2 each. They also had some cute little duck and frog backs with a little bottle, of i'm taking it was bath wash, and a little scrunchy for £2. They looked so sweet i was so tempted to get them for the kids. The thing however that i loved and hinted to my hubby, was a bauble filled with mini bath boms, for £2.....it was beautiful i really loved it. there are other things like this in the £2 range, and I was very impressed. Normally it is just typical rubbish they bring in, but i was so impressed..... well worth a look, would make great stocking fillers
thought i'd let you all know!!

They normally have 3 for 2 offer on their xmas pressies so it might be worth waiting to see if they run that promotion.

This is all about him - he's a man , he goes ten pin bowling, fishing, works on the railway and loves chocolate (but he keeps putting on weight)
I thought of doing a fishing hamper but the only ideas I can come up with are things I've already brought him in the past
I can recommend the 101 book mentioned earlier - I got it for hubby last christmas and he's really enjoyed it.
Another thing he likes for fishing is bar towels - he puts one across a knee so he can just wipe his hands on it rather than having to get out wipes/tissues or wipe straight onto his jeans (oh, those jeans were horrible to wash!). You can get them with all sorts of designs - favourite tipple (with a bottle wrapped in it?) favourite footy team etc, just search ebay for 'bar towel'.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -

Just wanted to say thanks for this again - popped into Lidl yesterday and got a box (59p) - they're perfect, and look quite posh tooDFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -

hi all,
just about to go an put some more stuff in my baskets. Last night i went to a large shoppong centre and saw food baskets made up in one of THE large retailerers ( dont like to mention the name), the baskets looked nice so did the food in them but the cello wrap and ribbon looked like a 5 year old had done it. The sides had been sellotaped down and looked horrid. I think maybe you lot should go and teach em how to do presentation!! They were real expensive too.
I have six baskets on the go at present , collecting bits for each and one tea tray. I think i may have enough for 2 of them to be finished now and might attempt to wrap them later if i have. Im getting really excited- how sad is that, my hubby thinks im crackers.
just waiting now for my muffin cases to arrive and that will be another job done.
