I sellotaped my hampers at the sides because the box was so big.
Gunna go take the cello off now and will just wrap it in normal xmas paper in a square shape. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I am going to give it to her for Christmas, when would you recommend me wrapping it? Also any ideas for a label, maybe a poem or something, i dont know to be honest!!
Also decided to one for the boyfriend, any ideas for cheapy bits for a 23 year old?
Thanks
Princess

there are some poems on here for mothers (but I don't know if any are suitable for Christmas)

you could wrap it as soon as you think it's finished and you don't think you'll be putting anymore in it. You could make a list for yourself of what you've put in just in case you do find anything else that you can't resist

I bought a present for my mum (for Christmas) and we were going to see her the other day - just going out the door when DH rushes out with the present "don't forget this" - thought we were giving it to her then. Thankfully I was able to hide it away - which I should have done the first time

Don't worry I always sellotape mine:D my wrapping is not the neatest (which is why I don't put photos of my wrapped hampers on here:rotfl: ) but everyone appreciates the hampers 1) because they are different and 2) because thought has been put into them.saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
