Love your basket Lilian, full of lovely stuff! Can I please ask where you got the mugs from, they are really nice
They're from Au Naturel, they were £1.50 each or 3 for 2. They're nice aren't they?! We had to stop ourselves buying loads for our flat as well, remembered just in time we already have too manyMy debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Great basket of goodies waddy80, your friend will love it, a very thoughtful gift
And if your friend doesn't like it, you can always send it my way :rotfl:
Can I please ask where you got the chocolate mug from?
Thanks - The mug was from boots in the sale after christmas. It had loads of stuff in it which was nearly out of date, so I put other stuff in. Think it cost me 50p!Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

Anyway, I had a question for all you hamper experts, I've got a couple of little pots of things that won't be seen if I just place them in the basket. I was wondering how to go about padding the bottom and what I should use to do it.
Thanks!
I used some of those air packaging pockets that I had from something I ordered online. I then put a sheet of tissue paper over the top. I've used bubble wrap before, and shredded paper.Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

I dont think he has the big 'jamie at home' book though as i saw him eyeing my copy up when he last visited! and i have soem amazon vouchers that could cover this, but im stuck for other ideas from Mr Oliver - how can i makea basket round him
also forgot to add that for his birthday i got him an apron and oven glove set.
I bought my OH some jamie oliver cooking tongs, a dvd of his, I know he also has various baking utensils, cutlery and mugs for sale on amazon.Debt free wannabe

Jembie, thought of another one - calorie free chocolate cupcake (a brown flannel inside a muffin case). Just done this quickly so you get an idea of what it looks like...
There are lots of ideas of making cakes using flannels on this thread - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=622943:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Excellent ideas.

It's much easier to do with a cheaper flannel. I used one from Wilkinsons - 25p :T:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Hehe Rainmac I've just picked up some of those flannels from Wilkos to make flannel cupcakes as well!! I love that case of yours though, where did you get it if you don't mind me asking?
