    Good evening all,

Thank you so much for the kind words, :o I am proud of what I've done, sometimes it takes someone else to tell you first for you to realise where you have got to!!

I've had another good day, and haven't managed any syns so have treated myself to some tooti froot's I miss chocolate so this will be my sweet fix for the night.

I doubt I'll be on now over the weekend as DD is 5 on Wednesday so some planning and organising is in order.

I hope everyone has a lovely (and well behaved) weekend, summer is just around the corner
    Currently takling Barclaycard - £67/£350
    Debt free date October 2014
    :jDoing it for my girlies!!:j
    38lbs lost in 2011
    SW for May 8lb/7lb
  • Geeves, the DynoRod soup is definitely free on the Green and EE plan so eat your fill. Do be aware though that is has not been nicknamed "DynoRod" soup lightly (this is where the weight losss comes in - dashing back and forth to the loo) :rotfl::rotfl:

Is it just me that DOESN'T have this effect with this? or does it take a while to 'go through' as it were, or do you have to eat LOTS of it?

Because i've had three portions this week so far, and I have not noticed any marked increase in my visits to the toilet IYKWIM :p

Just had a sneaky naughty Saturday weigh in and I think I've lost 2lbs and am now up to 10lbs off!:j:j
My target was a stone initially so this is a real boost to keep going - people are noticing now too and my trousers are decidedly baggy-bummed!

Lets hope that the scales stay the same for the official WI on Tuesday. Fingers crossed.

Hope everyone has a good skinny day!

    Good morning all

Just a quickie as am off out soon - going to the hobbycraft show at the NEC!:j

    Menu for today:

    Breakfast: 2 egg omelette
Lunch: Lemon, mint and coriander couscous (from recipe in this months SW mag). Looks lovely - hope it tastes good too!
    Dinner: Toby carvery (yum!!!!)
Snacks: 2 x alpen lights (HEXB), Banana
Drinks: Few coffees (HEXA) and lots of water
    Exercise: lots of walking round!

I use my HEXA every day as milk in coffees....but some days I only have about 3 coffees. Was thinking on those days of maybe allowing myself a half HEXA portion of cheese. Does anyone else do this??

    Miss P
    xx

I hope you enjoy your day:).

Yes, I often split my A's and B's, so long as I don't have too much of something - it's easy to misjudge quantities, I find, but I think that's just me:o.

It is 3 krisprolls for healthy extra, they are nice dipped into the pickled onion soup!

where do you get these from? I dont think Ive ever seen them

I'd definately go to just one...
Hi Dizzy, can I ask please - a few weeks ago you mentioned (or quoted about) pickled onion soup, I have searched the thread, and the recipe thread, but couldn't find the recipe.
Do you, or does anyone have it please? I have just found a large jar at the back of my fridge. I had to evict it to make room for this week's supply of muller lights!
Happy Saturday everyone, and those of you who have kids, relax and enjoy the delights of Mothering Sunday!;)

    Good morning Lovelies :)

Well Its a bit flipping gloomy here compared to the lovely sunshine weve had all week :o and its definately a fair bit colder too.
Hope you're all planning a good weekend regardless of the weather ;)

Well Im on an EE day today.....actually it will be EE up to 6 ish then Gawd only knows what sort of day it will be as we are out for the meal:rotfl:
Im doing a flexi evening.....but Ive saved up a few syns since Thursday as I just know that today I cannot/will not:o be able to refuse a pudding as I am in FULL ON PMT MODE and liable to explode/implode if I don't indulge at my all time favourite restraunt (i'm sure my fellow pmt sufferers will fully understand where im coming from :A)

Anyway.....Ive got a punnet of strawbs to eat today, a pineapple all chopped up in the fridge, lots of speedy foods ready for getting straight back on the tank wagon 1st thing in the morning.....so my plan for today is........

B Porrige HEB HEA milk (half for teas) strawbs

    snack strawbs mandarins

L tuna _pale_ lettuce cucumber tom onion activia

    snack strawbs

    Meal.
tipsy chicken ( pan fried in brandy/cream/mushroom sauce, & garlic potatoes) seasonal veg
:D PUDDING :D either hot fudge cake & cream OR one of the 'old school puds' from the specials board depending what it is (if its jam roly poly & custard - I'm in there !!!!!:rotfl:

Im allowing 1 glass of red wine with the meal, but drinking soft drinks/water so that will save me a few syns (see I am trying lol;))

so thats My HEB & HEA plus a gazillion syns :p:o thank goodness for flexi days eh :j

    Hi Polly

Ive never made pickled onion soup?? (I did post about the Krisprolls as I couldnt find them in the supermarkets) but I think Blackberry & either nessie or Lisa have posted the recipe in the past....but it will have been on the last thread (the countdown to christmas one)

you could try looking on the minimins website for the pickled onion soup recipe....thats a pretty good place to visit ;)

Is it mothers day tomorrow???? I thought it was next week
  • There's the tomato soup on the recipe thread which uses pickled onions in it?
Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels
