Good morning all!
Well done everyone on such brilliant losses!!!:T And well done to Primmer on reaching Target!!:T
Geeves - am sure you will be seeing a loss soon. I find when I DO exercise (which I really must do soon!) then the losses can be a bit inconsistent. Keep at it!!
With regards to going to SW with a friend/family member, I have to admit to loving going on on my own!!:o The rest of the week is taken up with work, looking after little boy, school runs, housework etc. Its nice to have that hour that is mine! Prob sounds a bit selfish
Anyway, best dash. SHould be in shower by now! Be back shortly with menu for today!

Morning all! Was very good last night, went MIL's for tea, she's done stew and dumplings and had served me up a small dumpling even though she knows I prefer to not have them even though I love them! Anyway, I hadn't had any syns so I ate it so I'm counting 10syns for the whole meal. She had then done apple pie and custard for pudding which I declined (with pleasue as I hate apple pie lol!) and had grapes instead! I also ignore the biscuits that appeared after tea. When we got home OH decided to get himself a scone with butter and jam, I did have a little bite to taste it but then had some carrot sticks and more grapes!!
Today is an EE day I think:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Snack - plums
Lunch - jacket potato, 2x laughing cow extra light (? syns), carrot sticks, tomatoes, cucumber, olives (2 syns)
Tea - chilli, rice, salad
Might also be some alcohol involved tonight but I've got diet lemonade and slimline tonic in to try to minimize the damage! Hen weekend this weekend so will be lots of naughty stuff going on food and drink wise!!!0 -
Todays an extra easy day (as always) but i'm going out tonight and I'm a bit stuck!
can any of you good people offer advice as to whats the best/least worst things to eat at La Tasca? Can't find anything about eating out on the slimming world site but I'm probably just being dense....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Morning, well done to all our losers and to Primmer on getting to target:T
Green day for me, using an A for milk.
Had a coffee and a banana first thing
Breakfast will be yoghurt, clementine, alpen light x 2(B) and tea.
Not sure about lunch, maybe scrambled eggs or an omelette, SW chips and beans
Dinner will be left over quorn chilli and rice from last night with an A of cheese.
can i use a B as an A on green?? So have 3As and 1B?The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Just found my food optimising book and it would seem that i can use a B as cheese on a green day ( i have vague memories of MrsM doing it but wanted to make sure)
In that case lunch will be a cheese omelette with beans and possibly SW chips, depends whether i can be faffed making them.
No syns in my plan yet!
Will rectify that later....The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Just got a pan on the hob for dyno rod soup, going to see if that helps!
Thanks to whoever posted the recipe
I'm going to add some paprika and cayenne pepper to mine cos I like things spicy!
It's definitely free on an EE day isn't it, as this will be my snack at 3am when I'm on my break at work to stop me dipping my hand in the biscuit tin!
Other than that today is planned as;
lunch - tuna steak, couple of new potatoes, hard boiled egg and lots of salad. Are capers free food?
Dinner - chicken breast, couple of new potatoes, lots of steamed veg and a splash of gravy which I shall syn.
Other syns for the day is sugar in tea 1/2 teaspoon at a time and will probably get upto 1 1/2 syns.
Already had bananna today but have some other fruit to take to work also.
My B choice for the day will be almonds and will have the rest of my milk allowance as a drink.
Is that ok as an EE day? Still trying to get my head round it and if I'm wrong this will be why I've sts after my first week!0
