Afternoon all - not too bad a day so far....

Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
    Mid Morning - banana
Lunch 3 ryvita (B choice), 4 Laughing Cow lights, grapes, strawberries and kiwi
Snack - pack of Space Raiders (3 syns)
Tea - syn free SW egg fried rice

    So that's ...
    2 B choices
    No A choices yet
    3 syns so far

I'm getting a bit bored of food so had a look online for some inspiration for evening meals and came up with ...

    Leek and Potato Bake
    http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/leek-and-potato-bake
Caramelised onion, tomato and mozarella tart
    http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/caramelised-onion-tomato-and-mozzarella-filo-tart
Sweet potato curry - own recipe using bombay potato mix

Chick pea patties - adapted from low fat recipes website

So that'll be next week sorted with a couple of quickie meals on busy days - have written a shopping list and meal plan for the weekend trip to the shops.
I really want to get to 10lbs this week and my danger time is getting fed up with food and then eating carp!:o Hence the newer recipes to try.
Let's hope it helps. Fingers crossed.

Thank you all again for the Birthday wishes [belated or otherwise] I did enjoy my pizza and had a good nights sleep for a change. Pizza didn't stick around again this morning :o either.

Have had a very good day UNTIL I got home where there was still some chocolates still in the box [not any more :o] so blew it all AGAIN . All gone now so hopefully tomorrow will be on track.

What can I have for tea? Had jacket pot for lunch, really fancy pasta but afraid it will upset me [and so don't need any help there:eek:]
I've even had 2 whole glasses of water today  shock horror :rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Pokes head around door......

    .....hello peeps.

I've not been posting as I've not been well :( got viral labrinthytus and it's knocked me for six. I haven't been feeling up to following SW properly so have fallen off the wagon a bit, and also not been able to exercise. I'm slowly starting to feel better, and hope to get fully back on SW next week - I'm off to London for 3 days with work from Sunday and it's fully catered so I won't be able to control my food well then so will wait til I get back.

Hope you have all been doing well and had good losses

Hello Flutterby, I hope your viral lab gets sorted out soon.

Minx I believe it depends on each individual GP practice whether they offer SW free referral or not.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Cool il do that, see nurse on thursday for my stuff and join after the op. Does anyone know if they do the referral scheme in scotland?

No, not available in Scotland as far as I know but your community health partnership may have variations such as exercise referrals
