Morning everyone!!
:T:TTo everyone who's lost this week - some fantastic losses going on!
WI tonight - must admit to having no idea what I've lost this week but hoping for 1.5 so that would take me to my half stone. Fingers crossed as I want that little shiny sticker!!:D
Well, my SW quiche lasted less than a day!! OH and little boy decided they liked it very much and snaffled loads! Think in future I'll have to put more veggies in - that will put them off :rotfl:
Todays Extra Easy menu looks a bit like this:
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with mushrooms, tomato's and sweetcorn
Lunch: Savoury rice with cooked onion, mushroom and tomato and a chopped up boiled egg (have to say, this looks lovely!:))
Dinner: Huge jacket potato with chicken, cottage cheese and salad
Snacks: Banana, ryvita (HEXB)
Drinks: Coffees (HEXA), lots of water
I still seem to be veering towards "green" menus rather than extra easy, Just seems to work out that way. Still having 1/3 superfree though so figure its sort of ok. I just like to think I COULD have extra meat etc if I wanted it.

Morning, got loads of studying to do so barring myself from here til tonight!
Just posting my meal plan for today.
Using an A for tea/coffee
Had a coffee and half a banana first thing(rest was black and squidgy!)
Breakfast tea, banana, yoghurt, clementine, 2 x alpen light(B)
Lunch will be HM lentil soup, WM roll(B), quorn burger(2.5), ketchup(1)
Dinner Quorn chilli and rice with an A of cheese and 2 tbsp sour cream(3) better check its not off! Been in there for a while.
Though i dont hold much stock by use by dates, melon i ate yesterday was BB 27th January:rotfl:If i looks and smells fine then i eat it.
That bring me to both A+B and 6.5 syns for the day, will add 5 on for my meringues which is a grand total of 11.5. Hmmmmm room for a penguin wafer if i want too:money:
Have a fab day, wish i could go out and enjoy it rather than studying:( Later gators:)The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
MORNING ALL (rubbish on computers so does anyone know why these Bs come up when all I do is click on the B for bold type?
Sorry for being such a dunce !
Anyway : Happy birthday TAKEITEASY sounds like you had a great time and DIZZY sounds like you made the most of your freebie!
Weighed in last night - stayed the same - bit fed up with that cos I was really quite good and expected at least 1. Nevermind it'll show next week.
Last night a lady was talking (well drooling) over the Velvet Crunch Cheddar Cheese and Spring Onion snacks that are in Tesco at the moment. She said that they were only 2 synns so who went to get them this morning? Who ate them with a nice cup of coffee? Who then decided that she would check the synn value, only to find that they were 4 synns on all plans? Well you've guessed it - it was me. LESSON TO BE LEARNED - ALWAYS CHECK SYNN VALUE BEFORE EATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fingers crossed for Primmer - you'll do it.
Also for Miss Piggy - shiny sticker will be yours.
Have a good day all. x0 -
Hi peeps
posting & running again today, its so hectic around here atm.
Brekkie was bacon eggs and shrooms, i managed it even with no cooker as i did the bacon & shrooms in the remoska and the scramblies in the microwave. Not as nice as the usual boiled eggs but quick and easy.
Dinner will be yogurt & quavers (5) and tea will be cottage pie made with a mashed swede topping, i`ll sprinkle some cheese on top for a HEB.
Apple for later and i need to find another HEB for later too.
Well done to all the losers :j
Have good days peeps.
