Happy Birthday takeiteazy, birthdays only come once a year so I think you should enjoy it and then start afresh tomorrow. It's one day out of 7 so don't feel too bad xxx
I'm back from WI - another 1.5lb off for me :j Really pleased with that seeing as I haven't been 100% this week. I've not been to the gym either, mainly due to working so many hours and not having the energy after doing a physical job.
Target for next week is to get to the gym at least once, maybe twice and try and stick to plan 100% (e.g. no extra healthy extras !)
Being super-planned tonight and have sorted my packed lunch. DH's last day at work tomorrow so he'll be home early, has said he'll cook dinner as I've got to go straight to Guides from work. I'm taking a microwave rice (2.5 syns) with me to keep me going until I have what will be rather a late dinner !
Tomorrow's menu (posting today as I know I won't get time tomorrow) - EE:
B - 2 poached eggs, smoked haddock, grapefruit,
L - w/meal roll (HEB), ham, cucumber, lettuce, salad cream light (2 syns) strawberries, melon, mullerlight
D - Part 1Uncle Bens express (2.5 syns) Part 2 Shepherd's pie (2 syns for gravy), cabbage, swede
Snacks - HiFi Bar (6 syns) - probably all I'll get time for

Had a sneaky weigh in and it says i've put on a 1lbi'm sure it'll be gone by saturday, just serves me right for peeking! Just bought shed loads of quorn stuff, as i'm spending ridiculous amounts of money on groceries (£30 this week!) and thats even with my b.f picking up half the amount on stuff we share too  so, will have a mostly green/ee menu next week to hopefully keep costs down.

Happy Birthday! Hope you had a lovely day
It's my WI tomorrow and I'm not hopeful, but we'll see. 3lb to target.
Minxtress - your GP might prescribe SW, but it seems to depend on where you live. My sister got 6 months free and lost 2 st in that time. It's just run out though and she can't afford to keep going0 -
Evening peeps
I had a bad evening yesterday as we arrived home to no water as there had been a problem on our street, i`m ashamed to say that i fell off the wagon quite spectacularly
The food side wasn`t too bad as we went to the pub and i had a mixed grill but i had a few chips too. The worst part was the several pints of lager that i managed to drink:o:D i enjoyed it though
Back on the wagon today and its a red day so brekkie was bacon eggs & shrooms, dinner was a small portion of fish pie and another one for tea too. Snacks so far have been yogurt and quavers (5) and i`ve an apple left for later. I`m a HEB short today as i had the first one as a sprinkling of cheese on the fish pie and the HEA was the long since drunk milk in cups of tea.
Not sure whether or not i`ll manage to fit one in as i`m just not hungry at all which is a bonus.
TIE :bdaycake:hope that your day was wonderful - many happy returns!
I`m sure that there was something else that i meant to say but my head is all blank nowbest get back to w*rk.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -

One thing to do if you are really really broke (and £5 at SW is kind of a big chocolate bar a day so if you cut back on that ... or it's one glass of pub wine to cut back on...) why not declare a target lower than you really want, say 2 st, work hard and lose that then you get free access to class. You can take a break for a few weeks, resting at your current weight and wearing your new clothesand then when your finances are a bit better re-set a target, say another stone off, then a rest/free period etc.
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

How do you get free access to class? Is that by losing your target? then you can just keep going but for free?? Im liking the MSE sound of that.
My friend got referred to SW i just found out, so going for a referral tomorrow, then found a club for friday mornings. Loving it!0
