Thanks blackberry rum, how do u find your loss on EE? I am fed up of sticking to plan 100% and losing sooo slow, so was advised to try some red days in the mix, am hoping it speeds things along. Will let you all know how I get on;)
Think I might join u in a frozen muller light, I love the vanilla ones with the chocolate sprinkles:T
Your slow losses might be down to not having enough variety in your food. If you don't already, try having something different every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have dofferent HEs as often as possible.
Technically it's ok to have both your HEBs as bread, but it actually works better to have something different for each one.
Also, if you eat a lot of bread, try cutting it out for a week and see if it makes a difference.
I hope I'm not repeating myself (perils of old age, lol). I seem to think I said much the same thing recently.....only hope it's not to the same person. If it is/was just ignore meI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Has anyone any idea of the syns for Jacquet Toast Francais 200g pack, 26 slices in pack - they look exactly the same as melba toast, but about double the thickness per slice. I was guessing that if Melba toast is ½ syn per slice this might be 1 syn?A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:

Hi Susie, I'm at target now (at least for the time being until I've got a bit of wear out of all my new clothes!). It took me around 12 months to lose nearly 3 stone, but I didn't rush and I didn't do it 100% every week, but I would say I was 95%. Actually my loss worked out at 1 lb a week which is kind of what's recommended, I think. As I'm not a fan of bread I prefer EE because the healthy extras I do like are already included in EE if you see what I mean.
Hope you enjoyed your half-frozen yog, I love 'em.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hello all, well done Mrs M, sts is not bad Mags, and Dizzikins I hope you have a fab time, you deserve it!
For some reason my hand snook out at the shop till and snagged a cadbury caramel egg but it's ok cos I ate it in the car and no-one saw me. I tell you what though, I keep getting cravings for Raw Food, I had another plateful today - baby sweetcorn, mange touts (manges touts?), little pointy carrots and more sprouting beans; I think my body is now deciding it prefers healthy food.
Bin thru the knicker drawer today and thrown out all the ones that are too big woohoo! Caramel egg or not, I am not going back to wearing them EVER.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Yum caramel egg, that sounds nice.
No one saw me & OH eat a maltesters easter egg the other day either. Although the chocolate was so thin Im sure it cant have been more than half a syn:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Ha Ha!! I've lost 10.5lbs so need to lose lots more before I really notice a difference but I have found this last week that some of my knickers are getting too big!!!!I was wearing a maxi skirt to work last week and my knickers kept slipping down!! Not very ladylike when you have to pulling them up!! Think a shopping trip might be in order soon!!

It's the very best thing about losing weight, annangeluk! It makes it all worthwhile (not the knicker falling down thing, the shopping trips!):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Hi folks! Not been around much lately but still on the SW wagon. Had a couple of dodgy weeks but think I've learned my lesson (for now anyway lol). Lost 10.5lbs in as many weeks but I'm happy with SW and not bored and that's a big thing. Everyone is such a support on this forum and it really helps with motivation - love it!0
