    Good morning ev1
As I am a complete novice to SW, please will you explain about the frozen mullerlights? Do you simply put them in the freezer or are they poured into smaller lolly moulds?
    Thanks

    Need to pick your brains!

I bought some light soft cheese from lidl yesterday, called Linessa Frischkase-zubereitung. Think it was 59p for 200g and it says only 0.2% fat. Does anyone else buy this? Wondering about HE/syn values?

    100g:

    Calories: 61
    Protein: 11
    Carbs: 3.9
    Sugar: 3.7
    Fat: 0.2
    Fibre: 1.4
    Salt: 0.3

Hi, we get this in Germany and Frishkase is translated to Fromage Frais. I have been using it as fat free Fromage Frais (free) well 0.2% can't count as fat................can it?...................

The lovely Blackberry-Rum told me to pop them in the freezer for about an hour and a half. They come out lovely! No need to put in moulds or anything :)

    Good morning one and all

Well done on the losses folks :T

2.5lbs off for me this week -so Im now officially in the 14st bracket -ok so its 14st.13.5lbs -but the first number is still 14 (for now )
So, following on from being a good girl all week I have just completed day 6 of the shred ..

Hubby has gone for a game of golf -so when I have done this I will tootle off and try and get a meal plan done for this week...

Im having an EE day today that "should" look like this:-
    250ml semi (A)
cooked gammon joint (wants using up )
    melon
    pineapple

    activia (2.5)
    roast chicken
    mashed potato/swede
    (1)
    carrots
    cabbage
    (1)
    peas
    sweetcorn

    orange
    apple
    jacket potato
    tuna
    xtra low mayo
    (1)
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    peppers
    tickled onions
    tickled cabbage
    tickled beetroot

    fibre plus bar (B)

So thats 1A+B and 5.5 syns -I will try and use a few more along the way ;)

I don't know if everyone know -but to check a pineapple is ripe you just pull on one of the sharp leaf bits right in the middle and it should come out easily (I do a couple incase someone has done it and left it in :rotfl:) -I adore fresh pineapple and have 3 in the house right now nomnomnom

Right I had better get off and have my brekkie and then try and make a final decision on our meal plan for the week - I AM going to try some new recipe (just need to decide what)
Have a lovely day everyone and keep up the great work

Well done on your loss Mrs M thats so fantastic!

If you are looking for new recipes have you seen http://www.goodtoknow.co.uk/recipes/Slimming-World I just found it.

Sometimes at the market, they sell the pineapples with the leaves all chopped off, so that test cant be done :(
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Corrr well done MrsM on that loss this week !!!! :j:j :T:T

Well Im trying a red day today (I think my mush will cope now if i eat on the other side :o), And I need to try get one of the OX burgers eaten (MrsMs recipe nomnomnom) before greedy guts Mr Dizzy snaffles them all :D
Ive been chuckling away to myself as he hates gherkins......and hasnt noticed they are in there :p AND says they are the bestest burgers he has ever had !! woooohoooo Ive struck gold with my cooking thanks to our resident superstar MrsM ;)

Mr Dizzy Has felt lots better the last couple of days, he went into work on friday & hes gone to golf today.....leaving me in peace - AND it looks like we can still go on our little free hotel golf/pamper trip tomorrow :T

Ive been saving up some syns each day since WI on thurs (it did help a lot not being able to have any on friday with the tooth out :o) and up to this morning I have 30.5 spare :j so if I can save a few more today I have a few extra to go at from Monday to Wednesday ......sound like a plan???? One downside is that its *week due on tuesday and Im already feeling the bloat & the cravings starting, I just hope it arrives before WI so I dont have a big massive gain from that:mad: I can cope with a sts from indulging in naughtiness on trips away, but *week gains are sooooo unfair  oh the joys of being a woman eh :rotfl:

    Thanks everyone :D

I can only put the extra loss down to the "shred" DVD I started on Tuesday :j - now I never thought I would say this *but Im quite addicted* -lets hope it helps me tone up and reduce the chances of me ending up looking like a deflated balloon

Lynzpower -I have never heard of them lopping the tops off pineapples before you buy them -although it would make them easier to get home -vicious little blighters :rotfl:
Thanks for the link -Im going through some more good food mags etc and adapting as I go, we seem to enjoy those meals more than the SW ones -even though I adapt those too :rotfl:

Dizzy -If MrD finds out about the gherkins -I know nothing about them :p -glad he likes them though, they are a fave here -especially if you shove some cheese in the middle mmmmmmmmmmm
Hope you enjoy your break away
Right will get of and finish sorting the recipes..
have a lovely afternoon all and keep at it -we are getting there :T

Yesterday was OK but not brilliant for me - I gave in to temptation and had 2 M&S cheese and onion crispbakes that were in the freezer with beans for tea - flipping yummy!
8.5 syns each but I didn't have any other syns all day and have a few spare from the week so far so hopefully it won't matter.

Today should be a bit like this ...

Breakfast - punnet of raspberries (lovely!)
Lunch - cup of pasta (free), grapes and orange, 2 babybel lights
Tea - quorn red onion burgers (free), green beans, smash and broccoli (maybe peas too) - will see how it looks might have a dribble of gravy to "wet" it up a bit

Snack - pomegranate bits (bought reduced in Mr T this morning)

    So that comes in as..
    1 A choice
No B choices - but could have something as a snack for supper if still hungry
Syns - gravy - leaves a bit of room for manovere later too

Will update with the actual damage later.

Weighed on home scales yesterday and have gone down again but will wait for official Tuesday WI to see by how much - fingers crossed!

PS Well done Mrs M and all of the other fab losers!
