WelshWoofer wrote: »Today should be a bit like this ...
Breakfast - punnet of raspberries (lovely!)
Lunch - cup of pasta (free), grapes and orange, 2 babybel lights
Tea - quorn red onion burgers (free), green beans, smash and broccoli (maybe peas too) - will see how it looks might have a dribble of gravy to "wet" it up a bit
Snack - pomegranate bits (bought reduced in Mr T this morning)
So that comes in as..
1 A choice
No B choices - but could have something as a snack for supper if still hungry
Syns - gravy - leaves a bit of room for manovere later too
Will update with the actual damage later.
Weighed on home scales yesterday and have gone down again but will wait for official Tuesday WI to see by how much - fingers crossed!
PS Well done Mrs M and all of the other fab losers!
Its realllllllly important that you DO have your A & B choices everyday for the plan to work properlymake sure you get these eaten

Great result again Mrs. M. Well done.
Would you mind posting your recipe for the cheese and onion fryits? I'm sure me and my OH would love them. Thanks in advance x0 -
By the way - where's Woot? x0

Hello all, I am still here, on plan, but been rather busy spring cleaning!
Hoping for a good loss tommorrow, but even 1lb will be great, my */AF has come AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel bloated and because I have aggrivated my sciatica with all me cleaning I have had to take some codine, so now I am 'bunged up' too, jeese!!!
Today I am making a chicken and mushroom pie, a bit like the one Jamie olivers 30 min meals but am tweaking it for SW, will post recipie and pic later x
Also I am just about to sign up for race for life on June 22nd, never done anything like this before so am rather nervous, but excited too! :j I am doing it mainly in memory of my Grandad who recently passed away, he was diagnosed with colon cancer last year, then found out it had spread and he was gone within 5 months so it's something very close to my heart x
It's 13 weeks away so coupled with the 10 week challenge, hope that I have lost a fair bit by then.0 -
Morning all [just], been MIA last few days through sheer exhaustion. We finally appointed a new headteacher which has been VERY stressful. I thought I would feel better once we appointed but I still feel stressed as it wasn't a majority vote, then there was the stress worrying how the staff would react to the news. I feel slightly better that our current head is happy with our choice as she has to work with him before she leaves.
Anyway the stress has affected my IBS big time and if it hasn't settled down by middle of next week I'm off to Drs as I can't cope with feeling ill all the time. Would go earlier but its * week and don't fancy being pulled about 'down' there with all thats going on.
Have WI today and after a rubbish couple of weeks eating loads of white bread/butter, chinese, fish & chips and LOADS of chocolate I have still LOST .5lb. I was really expecting a gain as its * week too but with IBS problems nothing has been sticking around [IYKWIM]. I had the biggest meltdown yesterday [combination of the stress & PMT/* week] was ready to throw myself of the nearest bridge [literally] hubby blocked the doors to stop me, so glad I didn't have a knife handy or I'd be up for murder today . Really need some help I think
so will definately be seeing Dr about one thing or another.
Sorry for the waffle, don't seem to be able to stop once I started :rotfl:
Well done MrsM and all the other losers :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Move along folks - nothing to see here - in fact that is just it - nothing - zero, zip, zilch, nada, nowt - not even an ounce:mad:
Not that I am mad - I have been expecting a STS week for a few weeks now and after my huge 5lbs last week I cannot grumble.
Not that it has stopped me mind youI have stayed on plan along with DH who had a 2lb loss this week. That will teach me to gloat over last weeks loss when he only lost 2lbs
I know STS happens - I know the body adjusts itself as you go along. Last Saturday I pee'ed for England but this Saturday all was normal so maybe my body is in a period of adjustment and sorting out is fluid levels. I don't feel bloated - in fact my clothing is feeling a little looser so I am counting a loss but the scales just aren't co operating:rotfl:
Well done to all the loosers this week :T
Onwards and downwardsMags - who loves shopping0 -
Mags
You've been having some mahoosive fantastic mind bending losses week after week hun......so like you say this week your body maybe just needed to adjust itself for whatever bizarre reason  the body is a funny wierd thing sometimes
Its really great that you're not down about it ..... I was a bit gutted this week after being uber good & torturing myself with the fishy products at only shifting 0.5 when Id lost 3lb the week before with NO FISH go figure that one?? :rotfl:
keep on doing what you do :A x x0 -
