It was yummy:) Added 2 syns of grated cheese, a few slices of red onion and a squidge of ketchup to it too. Would definitely buy them again. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I made a quorn spag bol for tea, which had peppers, onions and 1/2 a courgette in with 3/4 tin of chopped tomato's and 1/4 jar or sainsburys light sauce. And it was scrummy!
Did a bit too much of the bolognaise though, and wanted to put it in a tupperware box in the fridge and have it on a jacket potato tomorrow or sunday. I just wondered if there is any precautions I should take when storing it? IE; do I have to wait for it to cool down before I put it in the fridge, how long will it last, how shall I re-heat it? Is quorn OK to re-heat ECT?
I worry about chilling and re-heating things!
any advice appreciated, thanks!Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR

Evening all
Back from a really hard day at work, it's tougher than I remember ! lol
Am pretty tired so just a quick post from me today.
EE day:
B - Bacon, Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomato ketchup (1 syn)
L - 57g wholemeal roll (HEB1), Ham, Lettuce, Cucumber, salad cream (2 syns), Activia (2.5 syns), Banana
D - Salmon, Jacket Potato, sweetcorn,
Snacks - Alpen light (3 syns), melon, apple
HEA = Milk
Now I know I haven't eaten my 1/3 superfree with my tea but I need to go shopping (won't be able to go until Sunday due to work) and I have tried to compensate with eating lots of fruit.
I think once I get my 'regular' hours I'll be able to sort myself out a bit better - it's a case of muddling through for the next couple of days I'm afraid. I just hope that being on my feet constantly and doing lots of physical work will counteract the 'errors' this week!Save £12K challenge 2015 # 173£0.00/£10,0000 -

Im absolutely shattere too and had a really rubbish day on SW:

Diet coke
Vegetarian chinese buffet- I have to say 5 really i had the plain rice -hmm - I had a SW lunch in theoffice as well but was caought out with the colleague on a visit miles away from the officeI also had a pack of hula hoops ( syn:???)
I forgot to take meat out of the freezer as well so god knows whats for tea, so looks like OH is ordering a chinese ( 2 in one day, im having the lowest at 5 syn)
I have a dime bar as well for afters
Bit of a fail day and the worst thing is im totally starvin! Glad that a couple of days this week I ended up being a couple of syns under.
Must try harder tomorrow !! In saying that my pencil skirt looked a bit big today as did the top i was wearing and I glanced at myself and thought I looked slightly skeletal.
I should be at target next week (all being well) and will have to try again to learn how to maintain :wall::beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Just having a coffee as i'm tired, going to watch an hour of tv then do some work.
awww my friend chopped off her cat's tail in the door a few years ago. Short-tail cat still going strong, bless her, but friend felt guilty for months
I've erm treated myself well today. Does anyone else feel really guilty and slightly sick if they overdo the [STRIKE]good[/STRIKE] synful stuff? I mean, I'm at target it shouldn't make me feel so badNow I've had a plateful of raw food to make it up to myself (spinach, watercress, beetroot, celery, sprouting beans, spring onions, and 4 big fat olives)
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

oooh guns'n'banjos they do look good, I'll look out for them.
I chill and re-heat everything, including chicken and rice; I always cook extra to eat the next day. I NEVER get an upset tum from it. I feel people have been made much too fearful and I don't know why (government conspiring with food retailers to make us throw good stuff out and buy fresh? ):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
