Hi all! 0.5lb off yest:T:T:T. I'm really happy, and now very glad I put the effort in limiting the Italian damage rather than just munching for the rest of the week. I am now 0.5lb away from my first shiny and I am DETERMINED to get it next week. I have to WI a day early, so I need a super effort.

    Food for today:

    B - fruit
L - chicken pasta salad + feta (HEA)
D - steamed haddock, veg and mashed potato (5.5 syns)

Snacks - nana, apple, berries, mandarin
Syns - butter in mash (5.5), large white wine (8.5)

My flatmate put on 4.5lb (over two weeks) last night, and she was really down about it. This week in particular she found it had cos she knew I hadn't stuck to SW and still lost, and she feels like she sticks to it much better than me. I don't really know what to do to help her, I was thinking of offering to cook for us for the week and see if that helps.

Well done! I know it's only a bit of shiny foil but when you get that sticker next week it's a great feeling.

It's a lovely thing to do to offer to cook for your mate for the week. It might just be the boost she needs. x

I'ce decided to start posting my day's meals on here again, since that seems to help.

I want a good weekend, because Tuesday is my operation to remove a screw from my leg, and I dunno what anaesthetic etc is going to do to my appetite.

Just a cup of tea and a hifi so far today.. Am off to get some vegetables - vege soup all the way this weekend I think!

Although having said that, does anyone have any nice vege hotpot/stew recipes instead?

ETA made tomato soup. Mmmmmm yummy!

    Hi Peeps,

red day today although i skipped brekkie as i has to dash out, will make up for it later though no doubt.

    Dinner - Tuna on toast
    1 yogurt
    Quavers - 5 syns

Tea will be mixed salad & kebabs in wm pitta HEB1
My HEA is milk i tea. I shall fit a HEB2 in at some stage and also have some fruit. I have apples, satsumas and melon in the fridge so quite a bit to choose from.

I got weighed this morning and have lost 9lb in total, i`m not sure whether i`ve been doing SW for 3 weeks or a month but suspect that its somewhere in between so i assume this is average?

The main thing is that i`m actually enjoying it even if my shopping bill is a bit bigger than before :D

Last night tea was supposed to be SW egg fried rice and i was intending to add some chicken as a HE but we ended up having the SW chicken chow mein instead. I`d forgotten just how tasty this is and i shall be including it a lot more often in future.

Well done on all the losses peeps

Don't forget you toast with the tuna needs to be counted as either a HEB or syns!

Afternoon, had a good day foodwise so far if nothing else!

Hubby trapped my cats tail in the door and had to rush him to the vets as he made a bit of a mess of it! Going to lose a few inches off the end, very glad he is insured.

    Just had my lunch.

Had a coffee first thing, will use an A for milk
Breakfast nana, yoghurt, clementine, apple, alpen light(1/2B)
    Snack pepper/carrot sticks
Lunch Omelette with a little milk(from A), 42g cheese(A), sw chips and beans
Dinner will probably be a quorn burger in a WM roll with ketchup(1) and a mug of HM lentil soup.

Used both A+B and only 1 syn:p Will use more later.

Afternoon all! It's day 2 or project fit into the dress lol!! I'm Green today I think so I can ahve 2xHEA but it'd really fit EE too!

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - HM soup, sw quiche, melon
Tea - Hm burger (HEB) with cheese on top (HEA), sw chips and salad (dressing made fom balsamic and mint sauce!).

I might also syn a WM pitta to have the burger in, depends how hungry I am. OH is on nights so I'm probably best leaving my syns till later as I'm bound to want a snack later on when I'm catching up on the tv I have to record as he doesn't like it!!

    Day 2 for me too.

I'm counting yesterday, even though I finished off the pot of cous cous and still don't know how many syns were in it. I only had 4.5 for the rest of the day though and it was 100g and the dressing isn't that oily.

I was trying to do an EE day yesterday, but without my books and only a limited understanding I'm not quite sure if lunch was extra easy or not!

Breakfast; 2 boiled eggs + 1 slice wholemeal bread (HEB)

Lunch: cous cous 100g, 1 peppered mackeral fillet 85g, mixed bean salad, no dressing 100g. Spinach and leaves, tomatoes, cucumber. (this was a reasonable size of superfree food)

Dinner; blackberries, raspberries and blueberries with 0% fat Greek yoghurt 100g. I know that's not a lot, but that was meant to be a snack but I have been passed on some nasty man flu germs from OH and felt a bit yuk in the evening. Feel fine today though (but he's been complaining for days!!!)

Syns were 2 x half teaspoon manuka honey in green tea, I small scrape of flora, the yoghurt and 1 teaspoon dressing on salad + whatever this damn cous cous is!

Today I'm going to make a turkey chilli for dinner. I'm going to try it with turkey instead of beef and see if I can tolerate it. (Chiili is one of my faves so if it doesn't match up I'm going back to beef and just having less meat.)

It's got loads of beans in so makes sense to do it on Green day.

With that in mind lunch was pasta with tinned tuna and veg. Bit student food like I know but couldn't decide what I wanted and this is quite filling although bland and dull!

so both HEB gone but only 1 syn so far which was sugar in tea.

Didn't make it down gym yesterday, think RPM would have finished me off but do need to go today!
