Will have some strawbs/yog/meringue later when i'm hungry:)The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Put on 3lbs at WI  In all fairness I'm ok with it - didn't deserve to lose 4.5 last week, and 1.5 over the two weeks seems fair.
Had an off the rails day food-wise today thoughNothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
Just been to weigh in and I've lost a pound :T Quite chuffed as the syns got out of control this week. Looking forward to going for it 100% this week.

Geeves, when you start to exercise, your muscles may hold extra water for a while to protect themselves from injury. This will wear off shortly but of course it will show on the scales in the meantime. Try to look at the way your clothes are fitting and don't worry too much about what the scales say.
Hi
Thanks for the welcome.
I know what you are saying about the exercise. I'm already a better shape this time round than when I was just on the diet before at the same weight and ultimately I'm aiming to get fit and cut out the junk. It's just nice when you can see an actual number reward!
I know that once everything settles down I'll start to see an improvement in both.
I think I'm more annoyed with myself for getting back to this again. I've now got permanent back and shoulder damage, which is painful all the time, due to my work but exacerbated by not looking after myself. My bones and joints sound and feel like a woman twice my age, not good when you're 31!0 -

You might want to try a semi-frozen one, MissP! I stick one (not always toffee, I love cherry, and apricot) in the freezer about 1.5 hours before I want to eat it. I could eulogise about the hard crunchy top layer, the slurpy middle, the icy bottom and the smooth buttery bit around the top edge but I won't cos this lot are sick of hearing it :rotfl: Stick one in now and eat it about 9.30 tonight.joanne1969 wrote: »hi all still doing well 4th day into it and never eaten as much having for tea gammon with caramalised onions done in diet coke and loads of veg
So .... your caramelised onions - they are just gently cooked in some diet coke? Hmmm might try that.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

in the interests of science and community I have navigated my way through the maze that is the new SW website and found this for Smash (amounts are EE Red Green):
Product
Smash, Buttery, made up with water, dried, 100g made up Free 3 Free
Smash, Cheddar & Onion, made up with water, dried, 100g made up ½ 3 ½
Smash, Original, made up with water, dried, 100g made up Free 2½ Free

Smash, Original, New Recipe with Full Cream Milk, made up with water, dried, 100g made up ½ 3 ½
By the way, Confused; all I do is save the thread in my Favourites, then click on it and on the green bar near the top of the page it says "last post read"** or something similar - click on this and it takes you to where you left off reading last time. I can't say definitely what it says because, naturally, no-one has posted since I last came in so it doesn't say anything at the moment)
Edit: it says "View first unread":jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Evening all!
Been a poor day for me by my standards...
Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
Mid Morning - banana
Lunch - leftover chickpea curry and rice (1 syn), strawberries, 2 Babybel light (A choice)
Snack - 2 bourbons and 1 choc dig (very boring meeting at the end of a long day:o) 11 syns:eek:
Dinner - pasta and sauce (free) made with milk (A choice)
So a total of...
2 A choices
1 B choice
12 syns:eek:
Must try harder tomorrow to not make myself feel better with biscuits!0 -
2lbs off for me this week. Chuffed. I put half on last week so it's much needed.
Green day
Lunch was pasta with a garlic mushroom sauce, dinner was beef curry taking the beef as HEB. Gunna have a couple meringue nests for snacks.0 -
