Thanks for the advice but I stuck to EE in the end.

I ended up with a mixture of swede and potato mash. I also managed half a melon instead of my apple and cheese. The only meat all day was the liver and I didn't have much of that. I didn't really want any more HEs either.

Why is it I find it really hard to get my head round green and red? Part of the problem (which isn't a problem really) is that my DH makes breakfast every day, so I leave the choice up to him. It's always SW friendly (because I've trained him;)).

    Hi everyone.

I'd like to join in with your thread please (have just spent over an hour and a half reading the whole 30 pages so have I earned it?!) :D

I did SW back in 2005 (when it was just red/green days + mix & match) and lost 1 1/2 stone. Kept it off for a couple of years, vowed would never let weight get over 10 1/2 again before doing something about it.

Annoyingly I ended up back at 12 stone at xmas. I've managed to lose 7 lbs since Jan, which is ok I guess, but I have had no chocolate, crisps, 1 (small piece of bananna birthday cake last week and alcohol (2 glasses wine and 1 mojito), no takeaways except a chicken kebab, no chips, pizza etc in that whole time.

I started going down the gym again 7 weeks ago and do 1 body pump, 1 rpm, 2 swimming and have even been running on the treadmill (ok only for one minute sprints at at time but haven't run since cross country at first year senior school 20 years ago and there wasn't much running going on!) plus rowing machine and cross trainer x 1 session.

With all that, 7 lbs seems a bit unfair!

Anyway I got out my old books and looking at my weekly weigh in, I seemed to do quite well before, so hopefully can again.

Just trying to get my head round this Extra Easy thing? Have got some new books on the way. I ordered them from Ebay because I would feel too guilty going to a group and basically lying to the Consultant and getting her hopes up that she had a new member! I'm going to weigh myself at the gym as they've got this fancy body fat monitor as well as scales.

I would like to lose 2 stone and ideally another 7 lbs in 4 weeks as am going to Prague for OH 30th with all of his work mates and I'd rather not have them all secretly thinking "Oohh she has gotten faaattt! :rotfl:

    Good morning all

Completely fell off the wagon last night. A bottle of wine got me - followed by buttery toast and a packet of mini cheddars!! Not happy with myself as its WI today and I'm bound to have mucked it up. However, going to cut the alcohol out for a while which should help.

    Todays menu.....

    Breakfast: Fruit salad
Lunch: Haven't prepared anything so may have to be a chicken sandwich from tesco (HEXB and some syns....just add them to the hundreds I had last night!:rotfl:)
Dinner: Roasted vegetable pasta and chicken
    Snacks: Muller light

Just discovered the toffee mullerlights. My word they're lovely! Going to to try one for breakfast tomorrow over some chopped up banana!

    Miss P
    xx

Morning everyone! Congrats to all the losers, and good luck for anyone WI today (including me)! Not looking forward to mine (I blame Italy entirely, my fear is totally unrelated to the multiple beers at the rugby on Sunday:whistle:). An sts would be a miracle, but I am feeling better about eating properly again. I now have 2 full weeks of staying at home so I can plan my meals, eat properly and hopefully lose some weight!

    Plan for today:

    B - fruit, yog + oats (HEB)
L - pasta bolognese with 28g cheese (HEA)
D - jacket potato with veggie bolognese (5 syns)

Snacks - nana, apple, mandarin, berries
Syns - large glass of red (8)
