As I normally only ever do EE: Can anyone tell me if I have mashed swede instead of potato would it become a red day? I haven't had cottage cheese yet. Do I need to eat anything else to make it red?
Yup if you have swede instead of mash it will be a red day
You can still have the cottage cheese that you were going to have AND you get to choose another HEA & HEB aswell(2 A's & 2 B's on Reds or Greens :T)
Ideally on red day you want a little from the 'red' plan meat/fish with every meal( I think?).....Ive just been grabbing a slice of ham after my fruit at brekkie to make sure.0 -

Curry was lovely BTW, I'm definitely going to make that Classic Chicken curry for the freezer (Jan/Feb issue).
Lisa, I don't know about the SW quiche but I've frozen one with a mashed potato base before and it's been just fine. As it's only two slices, why not try it?-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Stupid leg been all painful, and taken stupid painkillers yesterday and they also stop other things, so my question to you is... 4 bowls of weetabix, HM parsnip soup and a bowl of mushy peas later, what next?
Can't afford to shop for dyno rod ingredients until next week. WI is tonight...

Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
Mid morning - banana
Lunch - wholewheat spaghetti and passata (leftovers), strawberries and grapes
Dinner - chick pea and mushroom curry with wild rice (1 syn for tikka masala paste)
So I make that...
No A choices
1 B choice

...... so far
Will probably have a couple of Babybels later as an A choice and maybe a Fudge (6 syns) as a treat?0 -
Ohhhhhhhhh p00 ! I put on 0.5lb
Can only think it's due to such a big loss last week and upping my weights/cardio at the gym. I had a feeling I had STS (0.5lb is neither here nor there really) so I'm not surprised.
Menu's have been good this week, not over-synned so no other explanation really. Oh well, onwards and upwards !
Work tomorrow and for the next 3 full days after that so I'm being super-planned to ensure I stay on track and don't fall off the dizzy-wagon.
So tomorrow's looking a bit like this (EE):
B - 2 Slices Hovis w/meal (HEB), baked beans, egg and a grapefruit
L - Pot noodle in a mug (free I think?), carrot and cucumber batons, banana, some melon and a mullerlight
D - Spinach, potato and chicken curry and rice (DH has to bring this to Guides for me as I have to go straight after work, I shall have to sneak into the kitchen and eat it while the girls are busy).
Snacks - herein lies the problemI only get 1/2 hour for lunch so I've got to sneak out at some point tomorrow during the morning and afternoon to eat something. I'm thinking an Alpen light bar in the morning but not sure what I can wolf down in a minute in the afternoon - if anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful. It's only for the next couple of days like this, then I'll be on part-time hours and will have plenty of time for cooking/eating. I just don't want it to go to pot this week, especially after my gain.
Sorry to waffle, I have gone on a bit haven't I?Save £12K challenge 2015 # 173£0.00/£10,0000 -

Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!0 -
Majjak - like you say, 0.5lb is neither here nor there. Snack-wise - how about a boiled egg or too with some baby plum tomato's? Personally I could eat pickled eggs till they come out of my ears...any they're my emergency standby!**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0
