  • Had rubbish food day and am fighting huge cravings to just shovel junk in my face:eek:!!!! Was out all day yesterday so had a bit of a picky day and can't seem to get motivated today!!

Breakfast skipped as I got up late!
Lunch wm roll (about 10g bigger than HE says to be.) wafer ham, 2 babybels and small packet of quavers.
Dinner (about 10 minutes ago so bit late!) another ham roll and another babybel.

No fruit, no vegetables, lots of syns and I'm still starving:o! I'm even wondering if my cat would count as a free food!! I don't really have anything in so can't snack too much but if I look hard enough I can probably find something!!

Its week 3 and my first lapse but gym tomorrow and def back on track!!!!!

Have looked on tesco website and they only have the liquid so will get that. Am bit worried about how it will make me feel, don't want to be so relaxed I'm spaced out lol.

Fibre plus bars - can't eat them as they play havoc with my IBS  I do love them though.

Honest, you won't get THAT relaxed, just the thought of taking it calms me, tbh, I love the stuff! It will enable you to speak politely to people whose guts you seriously hate (at least, it enables me to do that!)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Who asked ...? All my meals are syn free I think, I make everything from scratch. My syns are used on wine, occasionally choc or JELLY BABIES. Oooh but I've just made a lovely rich dish for the next 3 days using Asda's meat free meatballs (about 4 syns the whole frozen pack, can't be bothered to check but there was only half a pack left and it's lasting 3 days thus not worth counting imo)

:rotfl: at JELLY BABIES. Reminds me of a nurse who came to do something to me when I was in hosp and had friends visiting. I was on a maternity ward with nothing baby-ish about me, but a broken leg (hosp too full!) and I happened to ask the nurse something thinking she'd know the answer. Her response was along the lines of "Eee, I don't know, I don't do bones, I do babies!" To which my friend replied mimicking her accent "Don't babies have bones? What type of babies do you get here? Jelly babies?!" and all of us collapsed in a fit of giggles doing wobbly impressions of babies with no bones :rotfl: Best bit of it was that I was really quite out of it on painkillers at the time, and the laughter went on for a while with these ridiculous impressions, and I got to the point of thinking "I know I should know why my friends are laughing and acting very wobbly, but I can't remember the reason why. Smile and laugh along with the crazy people anyway" :o

Oh, and you can't leave us without telling us the secret to what you did with the marvelous meatballs?!

Don't worry about it spacing you out, it won't change your personnality or perceptions, or anything apart from your ability to handle stressful situations. x

lunch - HM minestrone soup, leftover sw roasties, grapes, yogurt
Tea - fish (HEB), sw chips, mushy peas, carrots
    Snacks - fruit
