    Morning all,

    Hope your DDs op goes ok guns sending hugs your way xxx

    Today is EE:

    B - 3 bacon, egg, mushrooms, baked beans, tomato ketchup (1 syn) whole grapefruit
    L - Ham minestrone soup (EE cookbook), mullerlight
    D - Turkey meatballs with herbed tagliatelle and sugar snap peas

    HEA = Milk
    HEB = not sure yet, probably use as a snack later

    Snacks - HEB, banana, pear

    I'm tempted to get some of the activia intensely creamy yoghurts, they're 2.5 syns each - does anyone know if they're yummy or are they not worth bothering with? I do like yoghurt but thinking these might be more of a dessert and might 'quench' my sweet tooth a bit more than a muller?

    Morning all gonig to try a red day today and Im not sure really but I expect it to be a bit like this:

    Breakfast- all bran HEB
    Snacks diet coke HEA milk for teas
    Lunch - Chicken, ham, cottage cheese - and some fruit & yog when I go shopping! HEB 2 - pagens :)
    Dinner- cajun chicken salad with a bit of cheese HEA peppers, hot onions, spring onions lettuce carrot, radish the lot!

    Are sweet potatoes free on red? If so I will buy some and have these with the salad?

    Have had rather unsuccessful ( erm failed) red days that have inadvertently moved to EE by just eating loads more fruit. OH cant bear the lack of bread/ cereal etc on EE so we are trying red and green.Have ran out of all supplies tho, no fruit, hardly any veg, no yogurt! everything has ran out - again :( must shop again today.
    :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
    Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
    So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:

    Gosh, dizzy, you're eating enough fish for the nation!! I would shake a sprinkle of cayenne or paprika over your 'prawn cocktail' to give it some oomph. Very 70s meal!;)

    Hope everyone's day goes well (especially you and your DD guns).
  • Good morning you surumptios slimmers!

    Had my Grandads funeral yesterday so didn't post as I wasn't on plan as such, although I didn't pig out so all was not lost! :D
    So the 10 week challenge is underway :D
    I'm having the contraceptive implant fitted this evening, I am praying it wont cause weight gain like the injection :eek:

    Ooooh thanks for the tip ;) (that might also disguise any fishy taste too?) I was told by a very wise MrsM to look out for milky/pink ones rather than bright pink as they're not supposed to be as fishy - so I'm hoping my 1st experience is a good one :o

    .......update to follow shortly :rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning everyone

    Well it was weigh in for me this morning and after falling off the tank for 5 days I have gained 2lbs :(.

    I feel really determined this week to do well and loose that weight so if Dizzy could drive the tank and pick me up that would be great :)

    goooood afternoon all

    Hello to the newbies and well done to those with losses :j

    oooh Im nervous now abou Dizzy and her prawns :eek: -still tis a long way to travel to come and hit me :p

    Majjak - activia intensely are scrumdidlyumptious, they are the only yogs I will have now .... my fave is the classic (but I don't think the UK get it) then its the peach one and the zesty lemon mmmmm

    Well I have done the workout picked for me -20mins and 140cals burnt.. -not massive amounts -but it all adds up, and I will get on the stepper later and take it up to my 500cal a day target :D

    Here is todays EE plan .. I did have a cooked brekkie on the list but just wasn't hungry so I crossed it off again :o

    *250ml semi (A)
    *salmon fillet
    *peas
    *carrots

    *mixed berries
    *activia (2.5)
    *spanish rice with chicken n chorizo (2.5)
    *fibre plus bar (B)
    *250ml semi 6

    So that will be 1A+B and 11 syns
    I know it doesn't look much -but I will stick some extra fruit in there as always. I have just had my salmon and nommmmmmm -tummy all happy again now :D

    Im planning on getting more recipe saved onto my PC today then at the weekend I can hopefully make some new meal plans and get some new recipe tried out
    Right I will get off and try and catch up and then I think its time for another cuppa
    Have a lovely day all and keep up the great work !!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: LMAO :D

    Fear not MrsM ;) The prawns were............
    actually quite ok :T :j
    I did try a 'bare one' but I couldn't eat more than one in its naked form :o The sauce recipe you told me to do was flipping lovely (I remembered at the last minute about the worcester sauce) I got a couple of prawns that tastes verrrry fishy so had to spit them out as I wanted to gag _pale_.....but other than that the verdict is that I think I like them!!

    WOOOOHOOOOO another fishy product I can add to my list :Dhippo.gif
