I have had a text late last night - my original consultant is leaving the village group:( I joined in September 10 and he was great in motivating me and offering support - I've now lost 2 1/2 stone, maintaining it well, but still want to lose another 2 stone.

I tend to go to a club by work now as easier but will go to original village club for his last meeting next Thu, want to say bye to him and wish him luck with his new group.

Want to find out if I can transfer my membership to the club by work as easier for me.

A new consultant will be taking on the group - hope she does well.

    Good evening all

Hello to the new ones  and well done to those with losses :T-especially master Sary

Well I thought I would report in that my new workout dvds arrived home with hubby this evening -so Whilst the Spanish rice was cooking in the remoska I decided to have a look at the Jillian Michaels -30 day shred one -and I ended up doing it :j ... my ickle chubby legs felt really wibbly wobbly when I had done -but I was super impressed that I managed it at all
By the time I had done, the rice was cooked and boy oh boy did it hit the spot -only needed a half portion though ;) -
So thats my exercise done for today which means I can veg out for the rest of the night :j
Right -off I go... have a good evening all

Meant to say I had a stressful day today with a lesson observation and few other things going on.

I brought a small choc malteser bunny for the tutor I was supporting and took a small dark choc orange bar for me in case needed.

Was so close to having the choc bar - got it out of my bag and smelt it even but then thought about it and decided I did not need it and had a banana instead.

    That's progress for me!!!

Had a large rice/tofu/vege meal so I will behave myself and have got some tofu choc mousse if needed later.

It's doesn't matter which group you attend, just take your book and card with you and tell them you will be attending this group in future. You will be welcomed by the Consultant as the more members she gets, the more she is paid ;)

Well done on denying yourself the chocolate. I suggest you pop it in the frezer in chunks so that you can have a square when you want but the rest is out of sight....plus it takes longer to suck when it's frozen :rotfl:
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Thanks - I found it tricky to organise the other week as I missed a week - rang and booked it as shift worker, but went to weigh in at a different group - the leader sorted it but said if I book a week off it shows up at different groups that I need to pay? I've got to go to a different group again to use my free week club ten voucher as I got that Xmas week as other clubs shut with the snow I went to a daytime one but gather my voucher is only valid at that meeting. luckily I can go next week on route to a placement visit.

I've had this choc bar since Christmas! Use to eat a bar a day easily, these days I just had a couple of cubes and syn it or have tofu choc mousse. Will try the freezer trick sounds a good plan!

    Hi there,

Ive just started SW online 2 weeks ago after having done it years ago when it was only red and green days.

Do the EE days really work with weightloss? And have I read it right? - 1hea 1heb, foods that are free on red and green days plus a 3rd of plate with ss foods in addition to 5-15 syns?

Wanted to try it out tomorrow but dont want to jump in feet 1st doing it wrong from the start?

    Thanks
