    Afternoon all

Never thought to try cauli in a curry before. Will have to give that a go. OH and munchkin having curry tonight but thats out of a jar so I'm avoiding it like the plague and having chicken stirfry instead!:D

So today looks a bit like this:

Breakfast: 2 x egg omelette and baked beans. Apple.
Lunch : half an M&S sandwich (8 syns), banana
Dinner: Chicken stir fry with noodles and loads of veg
Drinks : Coffees (HEXA) Wine (not sure how much yet!:rotfl:)

Struggling getting 1/3 superfree with breakfast and lunch. Had few bites of apple this morning but wasn't fussed. Must get my thinking cap on. Not a great fruit lover so going to be a bit difficult.

    Miss P
    xx

I'm a bit fussy with fruit too. I tend to average the third SF through the day rather than at each meal. So I might have a fruit snack mid-morning rather than actually with my breakfast IYSWIM. Things that I have enjoyed: slicing a banana onto cereal or porage, plenty of tomatoes and mushrooms with cooked breakfast, HM soup with loads of veg at lunchtime, pasta salad with loads of roast veg mixed in, bowl of defrosted berries with some sweetener and yogurt, cubed melon with weeny bit of Stilton crumbled over.

Thanks for that Maman:T. Am doing a cooked breakfast tomorrow so will do some tomatos with it (never thought of that). Also like the idea of pasta salad with roast veg. Can take that to work with me so thats ideal.

*Peers into thread* Helloooo. Can I join in? I've been on SW for just over 2 months now and I'm starting to wobble a bit. I could do with a bit of moral support/money savvy recipe ideas too :)

Helo and welcome to the thread :) Have a look on our recipe thread which may give you some ideas for something a bit different (and hopefully cheap) :D

I'm having curry for tea, it's the ASDA lamb rogan josh (6syns) going to have it with micro pilau rice (free) and trying my hand at a synfree onion bargee made using a bit of smash, also a Weight watchers mini naan (5.5syns)
    Cant flippin wait! :D

Onion Bhajis - Syn free http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-recipes/102848-onion-bhajis-smash.html

They’re syn free onion bhajis, a bit unsure of exact quantities as I kind of added as went along but they’re lovely with a syn free curry, rice and chips! Or as a snack yummy!!

    This made 4 small ones....
    1 onion
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
3 dessert spoons of smash powder, and water to make
    Fry lite
(optional - I added a small sprinkle of garlic powder and mixed herbs)

Slice the onion and fry in fry lite
When that’s done make the smash up and mix in the onions
Add curry powder and stir in curry powder, as much as u can handle! 1 teaspoon was enough for me!
Spray a Yorkshire pudding tray, or any tray really, with fry lite
With your hands mould into little balls, and place on tray, spray with fry lite
Cook on 220 for about 45 mins until very crispy and dark, they’re ready!

    Morning all
Anyone fancy joining me in a 10 week challenge?
I'm restarting my whole journey from Monday (well technically today but my WI isn't until Monday)
I'm hoping to lose 14lb by the 21st May which is the masquerade ball, hopefully that it doable, that makes it an average of 1.5lb a week?
I'm also going to start doing regular body magic, at least 4 sessions a week?

Sounds like a plan! I need to keep going - 2.5 stone gone for good but want to lose another stone for next mini target then I'm hoping for maybe one more and be realistic about it so had been thinking next stone by the end of May, hopefully before.

Not read the body magic but I do do BodyTone and Zumba and walk a lot and have some excercise dvds to try so that should be ok.

Evening all, hope you are all having a good weekend :j

Today's eats for me on a Red day:

    B: 2 scrambled eggs & smoked salmon

    L: Tuna salad

Afternoon snack: Banana & Asda light chocoloate mousse (3.5 syns)

T: SW Kebab following recipe on Minimins with shredded cabbage and salad, hm garlic mayo using lf mayo & ff yogurt, Co-op WM pitta bread (HEB)

I seem to be lacking some HExA here ... I'll have to look at the list to see if I can slot some in somewhere ... any ideas girls?
