Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Why not have an EE day then you can your boiled rice and meat curry and only need to syn the curry which shouldn't be too many syns.
Denise
Because the idea of EE is 1/3 of the plate should be superfree and other than the tomatoes in the sauce I didn't have any superfree today so I'd be cheating if I said it was EE. I did consider it though hehe.0 -
*Peers into thread* Helloooo. Can I join in? I've been on SW for just over 2 months now and I'm starting to wobble a bit. I could do with a bit of moral support/money savvy recipe ideas tooCredit Card Debt : £1910 [STRIKE]£5,000[/STRIKE]
Overdraft: £1500 [STRIKE]£2800[/STRIKE]

I think that's an excellent idea Dizzy. I know it's not strictly following the plan properly but I always save my syns for weekends and meals out 'cos I find it relatively easy to eat almost totally syn free at home.
strictly speaking I dont like to save my syns up, (Im a creature of habit & need my liitle 8pm curfew choccy fix) But saying that, when faced with a few days away I do think its a safer option. And I can still have my choccy fix with an options drink
I dont tend to use syns in cooking at all either, so my menus are generally syn free (with the exception of my Oatso simple at brekkie 1.5)
Well done on your losses so far.......Its a lovely feeling getting into smaller clothes!
I took some of my favourite old faithful white linen trousers away with us to mexico at Xmas without bothering to try them on 1st, thinking they would be ok as they are meant to be a bit loose and have a tie waist. I put them on and Mr Dizzy looked Horrified.....they were soooooo baggy on the bum and did nothing at all for me lolthat felt pretty good seeing as my other things were feeling a little snug from the mahoosive lunch & xxx ice creams we had eaten earlier

Anyone fancy joining me in a 10 week challenge?
I'm restarting my whole journey from Monday (well technically today but my WI isn't until Monday)
I'm hoping to lose 14lb by the 21st May which is the masquerade ball, hopefully that it doable, that makes it an average of 1.5lb a week?
I'm also going to start doing regular body magic, at least 4 sessions a week?0 -

That sounds doable to me. I've been on and off the plan recently but really want to stick with it so I look and feel better this summer. Count me in! x0
