Bit of a change of plan for me today as I didnt go to uni in the end so had (EE)

Blueberries, passion fruit, mango & half a WW yog
Banana and loads more blueberries with other half of the yog
    Tea ( HEA sk milk)

Lunch: 2x bacon, one frylite egg, half a tin of spaghetti and one mini toast ( 1/2 heb) yummy & so filling!

    Tea and alpen lite (1/2heb)

half a pot of FF cottage cheese and a pack of the WW crackers ( they are pretty thin!!) and im guessing these at 3syns as they are small and thin.

Dinner is Lean beef mince mexican meatballs with peppers, onions, toms etc Rice and a salad. Might have taco shell 2.5

Have a dime bar (7)and more fruit for pudding. Been out and bought yet more yogurts (WW and muller) on offer at Asda, still seem to be spending a lot this week coming im going to have to keep a close eye on what im spending as I'm not managing to keep track and money seems to be just falling through my hands!

    5.5+7 = 12.5

Hope everyone has had a good day! Well done losers :p
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Today was quite a good day for me:

B: Poached egg and tomato on one slice wholemeal bread (HEB), banana, apple, plum, 2 oranges
L: Thai spiced rice and salad with a pear, an apple and a plum
D: Cheesy scrambled egg (HEA) and 3 Quorn sausages, brocolli and cauliflower, followed by a Muller Light, melon and pineapple

    HEA, HEB, 0 syns.
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

I had a 0.5 gain, I was a little gutted as I thought I'd been pretty good. Then I looked back over my food diary and realised I'd been up to my 15 syns over the weekend, but then on Monday and Tuesday I went way over my syns followed by none yesterday. So I would have been over syns in total.

Lesson learnt. Need to get right back on the wagon. I'm out for an indian tomorrow and I'd planned to have a treat of a naan bread "'cause I've been good!" but I think I have to rethink that one.

Sorry I haven't posted for a while - life and work just got in the way but I have been sticking to the SW diet and at WI on Tuesday lost 3lbs and was slimmer of the week!:j:j:j
I also won the raffle so came home with 2 lovely bags of stuff.

I'm hoping for a 2lb loss this week to make it a nice round half stone lost but we'll see....

    Todays food was..
Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
    Mid morning - banana
Lunch - left over SW egg fried rice (free), grapes and strawberries
At parents evening - 1 slice bread (B choice) and 1 cheese slice (A choice)
Tea - 2 quorn sausages, beans and scrambled egg

Syns - pk of quavers (5.5 syns) and a Dubble bar (8 syns?)

    So that's ...
    2 x B choice
    1 x A choice
    Syns = 13.5 ish

    Onwards and downwards!

I put on a pound when I weighed on Tues. which takes me to xx and 13lb. So the small matter of 11 pounds over my target weight. As I mentioned in a previous post, I have put a stone back on :( and I want to shift it asap ! These are my weekly challenges.

I'm giving up alcohol for lent.

I will aim to cook one new dish a week from the many sw books that i have.

Unless its part of my meal, syns are not to be consumed until after 8pm (thank you to whoever suggested this)

I'm still keeping track of (nearly) everything that passes my lips. It surprising how easily you forget what you munched so I think I need to write stuff down as soon as I eat it !

I'm going to aim for no more than 10 syns a day but think of my syn allowance as a weekly total - once I have a bad day - I find it hard to turn things around so if I look upon my syns as a weekly allowance then hopefully this should stop me having too many syns one day and giving up.

I'm going to sit down and plan a two week menu. Then in week 2, plan another 2 week menu etc. Then I know what I need to buy and have something to follow - planning always seems to make it easier for me to stay on track.

I'm going to do my coloured star challange again - I pin to my notice board various weights written on bright fluorescent cards. As and when I lose a pound, I remove the respective card(s) until none are left and I am back at target ! If I gain then cards go on the board! I seem to recall it worked well before as I couldn't wait to have an empty board!

will be back tomorrow with my menu !

Am still buzzing from latest meeting re New Head. Will be so glad when its all over. The stress is really aggrevating my IBS [who needs dyno rod soup :o], woke up this morning with chronic indigestion then IBS kicked in as well. Have been in pain all day and so uncomfortable not to mention being missing in action half the time [loo]. Will definatley have to get some rescue remedy for the interview days and maybe some immodium too :D.

All these meetings have messed up my eating plan, I am on plan all day then after meetings just eat anything quick n easy i.e toast :o and the 2 days of interviews I'm not in control of the lunches as they are laid on for us so safe to say I'm following the tank at a distance until at least next Thursday.

Anyway well done all you losers and commiserations to those in need.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

this should theoretically be impossible. I'm very sceptical indeed

Would be nice though, I'm a lager drinker!

And if it's true I'm thinking of becoming one!!!

And if anyone could come up with wine that low in syns I'd be at my target weight in days!!!:D
