Ended up with a gain of 0.5lb - I'll accept that but I'm still annoyed, never like putting weight on! Oh well, onwards we go...Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

Well done losers, some amazing losses well done!
I had a bit of a disaster yesterday, out with colleagues was completely unable to get out them shouting me for lunch- they chose a chipshop! Was too embarrassed to have the fish adn pick the batter off, so just had small chips- and curry sauce. Dont want to think about syn value. From the rest of the day I was on plan and 100% free or SF - aside from the kinder bueno
HEA- Skimmed milk in tea HEB-maybe either alpen lites or mini breads.
Anyhow, back on it today have just polished off bowl of mango blueberries passion fruit and yog
Might squeeze in egg bacon and beans before I have to leave?
Lunch um fruit and yog - nations noodle 4syns unless I get something else out and about- would love to get hold of a jacket potato
Dinner- V lean mince made into little meatballs, served with spicy mexican sauce ( tinned toms + loads of veg) rice, low fat FF
Syns will be something I can pick up at the shop, there is a serious shortage of dime bars around here!
Hope everyone has a good day! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Just a quick check in to say I lost 4.5 lbs last night - really and truthfully have no idea how! but hey ho I'll take it!
Means I am dead on 1 and a half stones. Couldn't stay to collect my sticker though, and would probably have got SOTW but hey ho, college work comes first!
Also got a date for my second leg operation - 22nd march - SO SO relieved tis soon, really want it out of the way so I can go back to work and get on with my life!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

Congratulations to all the losers, some fantastic loses again, and welcome to the newbies, I thought I recognises a few names from the low-carb thread, I too used to follow it too but converted to SW in October and haven't looked back:D
I have WI this evening, 1lb to get to a 2 stone (again) and hopefully the consultant will give me my shiney.
Have half heartedly been on plan this week. I've given up chocoalte for Lent so had a major blow out Tuesday evening, but I stayed away from the pancakes and had a syn-free day (minus the chocolate) so we will have to see.
WI today so limited food diary
B f/free yog, apple.
L mugshot
T salmon, rice, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, mint sauce.
rasp, f/free yog.
I went to have my HEA in the form of an Alpen light bar and it dawned on me that I cannot eat my usual chocolate fudge ones as they have chocolate in  I have the same problem with the Fibre plus bars.
I was thinking of trying the ones in group but can't remember what they're called. I know there is a mint one and a lemon one. Can anyone recommend any non-chocolate bars to try?Currently takling Barclaycard - £67/£350Debt free date October 2014:jDoing it for my girlies!!:j38lbs lost in 2011SW for May 8lb/7lb0 -
Morning peeps
early shift for me today so was scrambling around to get out of the house for stupid o`clock, only half a shift though as its overtime so i shall be winging my way home soon, full shift tomorrow though.
Red for me today so my eats are :-
Brekkie - Bacon, boiled eggs and mushrooms
Dinner - Tuna on toast
Tea - Either chicken paprika with cauli and leeks OR cod in a philly sauce with tarragon instead of the chicken. What we have depends on whether or not i get to the shops as i forgot to defrost the chicken. I shall look up the syns in the philly if we have that.
Snackeroonies will be yogurt, melon, satsuma and whatever other fruit we have in. I`m quite enjoying the fruit thing and am finding it easier than i thought to get used to.
I have no syns planned  On this shift i can`t have a drinky as i`m up early and driving at silly o`clock so it would be tea time for a tipple and i`m not a teatime drinker so i usually don`t bother, no doubt there will be some syns but i`ve no idea what.
Nice to hear some more losing stories - well done peeps
Gien - Thanks for the tattie info, i shall have a nosy and see what varieties are available when i go shopping.
Have a lovely day peeps - don`t get blown away by the wind, its pretty scary here.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -

Morning all!
Beasygirl - the class bars are hifi but the mint ones have choccy on. they do a toffee and pecan one that has no choc on but its quite sickly. Also, alpen lights do some that don't have choc on, I used to like the apple ones, they have a drizzle that looks like white choc but I'm 99% sure its yogurt, it does say on the packaging if you want to have a look.
Well done to all losers. I put on half a pound last night, can't say I'm surprised, or even particulalarly bothered!!! I know where it came from and I enjoyed it so it was worth it!! I'm going for SE as much as posible this week to try get a good hit on the last 3 pounds I have to get to target!!!
I'm really struggling with achey hips today! I do suffer with them a bit but the feeling I have (came on last night) is like I get when I've done lots of walking or been horse riding. It doesn't hurt, its just uncomfortable!!
So.....here's today's SE plan:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), mixed berries, banana
Lunch - sw quiche (filled with mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes and sweetcorn), HM miestrone soup (all superfree except soem spaghetti and beans, big tub of mango/pineapple/kiwi/grapes, yogurt
Tea - Paprika pork (need to calc syns, it has soured cream in but otherwise free and has onions and mushrooms in), potato of some sort, lots of veggies.
Snacks - fruit if I need it! Also have another HEA&B to use. OH is on nights so I might have some ryvita and cheese spread for supper.
The soup is a SW friendly recipe and I think I got it from minimins from the same girl who'd done the recipe for goats cheese tartlets using the babybels. It's really yummy, OH is already wanting me to make more and we have 4 big portions to get through yet!!
I'm hoping to get an hour in the garden after work but it's looking very grey here!0 -
