    HEB? :o What would that mean please? :D

    HE stands for Healthy Extra.
    On extra easy you get 1 HEA and 1 HEB choice
    If you are doing red or green days you get 2 of each.

    A choices are dairy
    B choices are generally cereals/bread etc

    It will all make sense once you get your books

    HE = Healthy extras.

    HEA= calcium based HE
    HEB = fibre based HE

    SW reccomends we have these everyday to make sure our diets are healthy.

    on extra easy you can have 1 of each a day.

    on red or green you get 2 of each a day

    hope i have explained that ok

    lunch - leftover pasta in multi purpose HM tomato sauce

    Weigh in today, I lost 1lb, Its my * week, so hoping without that it would have been 2. But hey I am happy because now I am the 11 stone bracket :j:j:j even if it is 11st 13lb :p

    Brek: Banana & Yogurt
    Lunch: HM quiche (1/2 HEA), salad.
    Snacks: Grapes, tangerines
    Tea: Quorn Sausage, smash & sprouts, onion gravy (2)

    A sheep? Really?

    And Kitekat??

    :rotfl:

    WI tonight, and another week only half heartedly following the plan. Just can't seem to find the motivation again, and I'm sure life is out to get me!

    I think the bullet you dodged the week before not sticking to plan came back to hit you this week maybe?
    Did it not sound a little too good to be true maintaining after such an off plan week and a heavy drinking session?? :think:

    Nah, contrary to what a lot of people say, weigh gain doesn't "catch up with you". 24 hours is about the limit of any catch up due to metabolization.

    My bad eating/drinking ended on Sunday, which would have given it more than enough time to manifest on the scales. This week is probably just carelessness on my part combined with stress from work, it's not like I've written anything down and not tried particularly hard food-wise even though I haven't been consciously bad. We'll see later, maybe the scales will surprise me - who knows.
    Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
