you've got 3xHEB in there hun.....don't forget your porridge oats are a HEB too plus I assume you've used milk to make it so don't forget to count that as part of your HEA allowance.

    thanks for this :D

I shall syn the toast, wondered why i hardly had any syns to count today:D

I make the porridge with water now, i use A$da smartprice porridge and its really nice made up this way and doesn`t seem watery at all.

I`m fresh back from running all my errands and am freezing cold and soooo tired :( I`ve also not eaten anything at all yet so once i start i`ll probably never stop :o

Before i do anything else i`m going to have a cuppa to warm up and then doze for an hour, once i get the tiredness sorted i should be a little more organised.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

I read wrong :o I know they come in packs of six sausages so was imagining 8 x 6 for £1 wow what a bargin but then brain got in gear and realised its packs of 8 sausages :o even so still a bargin.

Just to say if you know the plan well enough you can go it alone from home and still lose weight. I went to class the 1st time and reached target [took about 9.5 months] then went on meds that helped me gain 1.5st. So this time around I decided to go it alone as I was pretty sure I knew the plan inside out. Took about 8/9 months as took the scenic route but have been below target since september.

I say I went it alone but didn't really as everyone here has been my 'group' and I thank them with all my heart as without you all I wouldn't have made it to target. Even with all the stress I'm currently under I know I have you watching my back [its my mouth you need to keep an eye on as thats where the food goes :rotfl:].

Thanks you guys and good luck those going it 'alone' we're watching your back [and your mouth :rotfl:].
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

From the Slimming World website looks yummy

Butternut squash bubble & squeak cakes
    Serves: 4
    Prep time: 10 minutes
    Cook time: 30 minutes
    Syns per serving:

    Free EE and Green only

500g butternut squash, peeled and diced
    450g potatoes, peeled and diced
    200g savoy cabbage, shredded
A bunch of spring onions, trimmed and sliced
    Fry Light
    1. In a large pan, cook the butternut squash in boiling water for 15 minutes, then add the potatoes the pan for 5 minutes, and then add the cabbage, cook for another 10 minutes, and drain
    2. Place the cooked butternut squash, potatoes and cabbage in a bowl with the spring onions and mash well. Using your hands shape the mixture into cakes or use moulds.
    3. Heat a non-stick frying pan sprayed with Fry Light, and cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat on both sides. Remove from the pan and serve immediately.

Tip: As an alternative, cook the cakes in the oven instead of frying, or grill to crisp them. You could also cook as one large ‘cake’ in a non-stick baking tin and serve cut into wedges.

Could someone clever put it on the recipe thread please for me. :)
