I agree, what is the point of them?

Is it? Cherry Muller Light? I eat lots of them (frozen). When I say lots, maybe two or three a week. I thought they were free same as the other Light ones.

I`ve just googleed it again and i think that they really are syn free,
I`ve just found reference to a muller with a cherry layer that is 2 syns :j

Now, does this kind of thing happen to anyone else? I have a sheep sleeping on my back doorstep. She wakes if I go near the door, and peers in at me in a friendly way. I finally tracked down a farmer who kind of acknowledged she might be one of his, but doesn't plan on coming to round her up until tomorrow. The cats are spooked (why I don't know, as we are surrounded by sheep, they just don't usually sleep on the doorstep). Weightloss wise? not a clue as I finally hared into class to find the scales wouldn't work so no-one could be weighed. I suggested a "guess your weight" game but no-one seemed to think that'd be a good idea.

    :rotfl:@ the sheep!

    Alias  yoohoo :D

Not that the syns really matter today :o i`ve just eaten a 100g pack of chocolate buttons and think that they`re about 28 syns :o

Its my own fault as i didn`t manage to have the curry for tea as a spilt it all over the place and didn`t have time for anything else BOO!

Never mind, i shall have the tuna on toast in a little while and be good tomorrow.

My friend reckoned she had no clue about what she was doing for about 3 weeks, she didn't understand what she could eat etc and the woman was no help whatsoever. Half the time she wasn't even there and a class member took in the money and they all weighed themselves. :D Perhaps not the most efficient class then.

I'm off to ebay now, anything I should look for specifically? Or are the SW books just a standard?

I really can't understand how this could happen. However if it's true the Consultant should definitely be reported - she would be sacked immediately.

I can almost guarantee you will be ripped off buying through eBay whereas you would get everything you need for less than a tenner from group.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Oh and salad dressings.....my current favourite is vinegar (balsamic when I have it in but malt works too) mixed with mint sauce (make sure it has no added sugar though or its syns). Its also nice with a bit of salad cream mixed in.

Balsamic vinegar mixed wth that vile fat free Hellmans not-quite-mayo perks it up and makes it less gloopy. But frankly, just balsamic vinegar is nice specially if you've sprinkled some chilli flakes over boring old salad too.

Learn to love 'em! If you buy the packs of apples meant for children's lunches they are smaller apples, and try ones like Royal Gala and such, they are lovely and scrunchy and juicy. Golden delcious should be bombed because they are disgustin'. Of course, one would rarely finish an apple and say "Yum, that was gorgeous" as one would, say, a Mars bar .... *sigh*

Been very poorly today, am thinking I am pasta intolerent. Had ordinary dried pasta last night for tea, had a bad night stomach wise [grumbling and bubbling all night] then this morning dyno rod attack [sorry tmi]. Had pasta Friday and was ill saturday so am pretty sure its the pasta. I am fine with mugshots though and bread don't affect me either so go figure.
Been ok food wise while at work but felt really rough by time I went home, 10 minute trip took me half an hour as could hardly walk for tummy pain. Had another meeting at 7pm [felt better by then] home by 9pm then lost control and had pancakes, syrup then salt n vinegar crisps and handful of m&ms . So finished bad bad day with bad food, am consistant though :D
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
