The green book on the top left is the food optimising book and is probably the most helpful one i have.
I also found a minimins free app today on my iphone if this helps anyone! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

This Ive come to know...

Have had
bowl of strawbs & a splash of yog
2 x alpen lites & diet coke
Muller and blueberries
Lunch: 3 flat mushrooms, half a tin of spahetti and 2 bits of bacon ( not much left once fat removed
Packet of shapers spirals (?4?)
Just had a bit more yog with blueberries and a cuppa with sweeteners
Dinner is Spicy cajun blackened chicken with salad and maybe a jacket pot.
Hey just thought, If I dont have a jacket pot, would this make it a red day? And I could have extra A & B? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Why dont you go tonight and get your books you dont even have to stay for the meeting, although the consultant would usually run through the diet with you if you stayed, but everthing you need to know is in the books. Once you have your books we can both start together if you like?
I really wont make it. It's not even in the same town so by the time I got the rest of the family sorted out and got on the road I'd be late and apparently the newbies need to get there first and stay for around 2 hours. Can't fit that in tonight as OH has a gym class too.
Friend is going to see if she can find her books which she never uses and will lend me them. Hopefully will get going in the next few days.
Oh joy. :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0 -

Anyone know how many syns in Franks red hot sauce? It has no fat/sugar etc so think it may be free? I only need a wee bit as it is potent stuff:eek: Having chilli tonight and made it medium as DD is eating it too so want to add a bit more of a kick to mine. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

So I see. :rotfl: LC thread must be quiet these days.
Deleted the 'woe is me' blog and started the 'will get fit' one instead. Other stuff is kinda under truce just now. Bit 'white elephant in the room' kind of thing.
One thing I do know, is I am going to get fit and in shape if it kills me. I dont need to be a standard size 10, I just dont want to be fat, flabby and knackered all the time.
Seems membership offer finishes in 4 days so I've missed it for this class. There is another even further away on Wednesday but I need to take eldest to hospital so not sure if I'll make it back for that either.
Will work round it somehow even if I end up having to shell out on ebay!Herman - MP for all!0 -

Evening, I did not go to club last week but saw a lady from there today who said that a film was played - think this was a national thing - did anyone see it?
A few members 'gasped' at the weight loss of the people on there - they said it was because they were amazed about how much they had lost? One lady got really upset and had quite a go at the rest of the group - saying that this is what I feel like all the time, it just sounded really emotional and upsetting to me.
I shall maybe go for weigh in tomorrow but am really not sure if I will continue going to group, I shall stay with the SW plan as it's great but just a bit fed up of going and paying £5 a week, I don't enjoy meetings and would rather go to an excercise class now.
I can get weighed weekly and be monitored for free when I go to my excercise classes, so that might be a better option for now.
Will hang in there until Easter as I do have a free week from my club 10 but as I went to a different group I'm not sure if I can use that at my regular meeting, if it's only valid at the morning group I can't get there until Easter!Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
