morning gang. it's strictly soft food diet for the forseeable future - got mega toothache and looks like i need root treatment and funds are pretty low at the moment what with paying out so much for my cat to get seen by the vet, so just going to have to wait until payday. :-(
Green day -
breakfast - oats so simple and ryvita (HEB + 1/2 HEA)
lunch - 1% pasta mug shot and squishy fruit salad
dinner - HM soup
snacks - more squishy fruit, milk for coffee
the thought of eating makes me get all grumpy, i've been in a complete stinker over the past few days. baaaah.
Hope you're all well.xx

dizzy,
I tried your fish recipe last night - the fish kebab one. I was expecting something on a stick when I saw kebab, then realised there was pitta bread involved. I did not have any pitta bread so just cooked the fish (cod, half price in Morrison's) as in the recipe and served it with mushy peas and carrots - it was yummy! Ta very much.
Re Scan Bran cakes - I made the "chocolate heaven" (as named in the SW leaflet) at the weekend, and while it was edible, it was a bit dry and not the best thing I have ever tasted. Heaven it was not! I may try one of the other recipes and see if there is a better one.0 -
