YOU WILL deffo put weight on if you are not eating enough on slimming world. FACT. !!

Some suggestions when out and about:
    Fruit bag from anywhere
Fruit salad ( I see sainsburys are doing a section in their salads section) Normal salad from salad bar ( bit boring and tricky to syn the unknown stuff) I find a punnet of blueberries is a good wandering around snack :)
Normal fruit an apple or something ( not my first choice!)
You have 2x B choices there to use so you could get 2x alpen lite ( 1heb) bars OR fibreplus OR ryvita minis - all good portable snacks easily found these days in newsagents/ £shops/ supermarkets.
Also you have had no syns either, so if I was you on a green Id have gone to a chinese for lunch and had a stirfried veg & boiled rice for 5 syns! :D packet of crisps or snackjacks or something!

the cheapest IMO is cereal bars or ryvita minis! fruit can be expensive already cut up.

I would say you risk not losing ( or certainly not losing as quickly enough) if you dont eat enough! so get scoffing :D

Im doing extra easy so thought i could only have 1 x B choice and 1 xA choice and id had my cereal so couldnt have ryvitas.
Im going to cook some couscous and some pasta and have them in the fridge to graze on. I think part of my problem is I cant equate losing weight with eating potatoes and pasta!! It goes against all I know so I having to re-programme my mind.

How about slimming world onion bhajis ( I must get round to making these) You know Im going to suggest Ainsley harriot couscous with chopped veggies in :D as always! Was it you who used to have the Quorn spring rolls? I havent seen those in ages but I challenge anyone not to love them ( they were low syn as well) Quorn sliced "fake meat" if you bother with that? I think the tikka one is quite nice.

Sweet potato brocolli & Cheese patties? http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/sweet-potato-broccoli-and-cheddar-patties

    A veggie quiche?

Carrot & orange cake .1.5 syns per serving :Dhttp://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/carrot-and-orange-cake or mini bites http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/mini-carrot-cake-bites

    Courgette and pea frittata? http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/courgette-and-pea-frittata

But I couldnt see any meat in there? So I presumed it was a green day?

    "28g fruit fibre(B) milk (A)
    Coffee (A) plum.
Lunch:-Muller light and apple (i was heading out for the afternoon)
    Dinner:-Jacket potatoes with mixed beans"

Therefore you should be having either a) some meat in there or b) an extra A & B choice (unless the milk is 2 portions of measured milk)

    :D

in the winter, its good to make big soups, I liked mixed veggies, leek french onion etc, then you can just heat a bit up when your peckish, plenty of superfree in there! Not really the weather for it at the mo though :(

Aww lynz you are a star :A It wasn't me who like the Quorn spring rolls, I'm not a Quorn fan - i only tolerate the mince and sausages. I've never eaten meat ever so find the texture wrong!

I'll have a look at the recipes later!

L: pasta with a tomato sauce, Parmesan (2 syn)
D: ox burgers, pots, salad. 1/4 avocado (3 syn)
    S: homemade cookie - (5 syn)

Lynz I don't think ANY beans are superfree, tho many are superSPEED. I eat soya beans but I don't count them as free. I was going to point out also to Minxstress that if she is doing EE her dinner of jacket potato and beans doesnt count as having one-third superfree, because beans are not superfree....

i've just made a real effort and swung round on my chair (body magic ;)) to reach my SW book - soya beans are Free (not superfree) and also FF and H meaning they are extra fibre-y and Healthy. It doesn't mention edemame beans at all.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
