I have had a dairy free easter egg (moo free vegan one!) have broken it up into small bits and allowing 1 bit as syns if I want it daily in the evening.
I do have other choc in the house but am good at rationing it out - never managed to eat more than a small bit of dark choc it's so rich.
I have another large dairy free egg - left that one in the box and might give that away, if I get anymore I will give them away as there is a limit!!!
All my choc is stored inside a set of 3 tins with a post it on each one saying 'Stop! - do you really need it!':rotfl:
Funny I managed to give up crisps apart from about 2 bags of french fries a month and hardly have bread now - sometimes 1-2 crumpets a week synned but not managed to give up chocolate, use it as my syns but one day I might see about giving it up or only having a small bit once a week?Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

I survived easter without a single bit of chocolate entering my tum :j:j:j:D:D:D
not even my usual penguin wafer at the 8pm curfew
now dont get all giddy & give me loads of praise...... just getting over a raging migraine DOES help keep me off the choccy:o
but I still feel kind of virtuous seeing as its the first easter Ive managed it :A :rotfl::rotfl:
well today is going to be a ???? not sure day
need to go shopping for fresh veggies/fruit milk but Mr Dizzy is at golf until 2pm. soooooo Im thinking Its forecast to stay Dry here so I'l get him outside on the BBQ and he can cook his own MRsM burgers,;)some kebabs chicken & baaaah lamb *shudder* and I'll do a big salad and depending what I do with it - it will end up a red or an EE day.
staying neutral with what I eat until then yog, fruit, tom/onion omlette.
well done to you losers this weekend :T:T0 -
Did OK yesterday - shared an ALDI bunny for Easter but salad and free food the rest of the day.
Today have started well - we are taking the in laws out for lunch at a nice hotel - difficult on the choices but v posh so portions are small!

I would like to rejoin you all if you don't mind.
I can't catch up with all the posts, but good to see familar faces here still. You are such a great lot.
I have been "sort of" doing SW for a couple of months, I didn't dare weigh myself for a while but was surprised to find I have been staying at the same weight. Pleased with that, but need to get losing again. I think it is because I got under 12 stone (a big boost for me) and my size 16 clothes got comfortable again, but I definitely need to lose more.
Good news is that I have got back my running mojo over the past few weeks. I was going to build it up by doing intervals again, but pushed myself and found I could do 25 mins jogging (or waddling!) pretty easily. Really chuffed.
I need to keep myself accountable again, so will post my food diary.
Green (as always)
B: scrambled eggs, 2x small WM (HEB), some flora lighter than light (2 syns? must work this out)
L: leftover aubergine and spinach curry and rice (syn free)not sure. I have masses of leeks, but don't fancy rissotto, don't have any eggs for a quiche, don't have any lasagne and cottage cheese, bit stuck. Off to google and adapt recipes ( one of my favourite pastimes)!
Snacks: need to work my though the fruit bowl. There is a plague of fruit flies here in East Anglia at the moment, I have a wire cover over the fruit bowl but the !!!!!!s are still getting in there.

Afternoon all!
Well, yesterday was bad but not as bad as it could have been - I did the Shred (day 2 and now can't walk without looking like I've got a false leg!), and stuck to the meal plan but did have a fudge AND a Freddo bringing me up to 20 syns for the day:mad:. 5 of the syns were on 2 mini bhajis that I could have lived without so a bt miffed with myself really. Never mind.....
Today will be green (as always)...
Breakfast - none - was not at all hungry and dived straight into cleaning and dog walking
Lunch - mixed berries, cracker things (B choice) and laughing cow extra lights (A choice), banana
Dinner - HM morrocan butterbeans (has onion, tomatoes and pepper in it) and Ainsley couscous (0.5 syns)
Snacks - skips (4 syns), Oaty bar if needed (B choice), satsumas
Will attempt Shred day 3 later too!0 -

I have a first session of Pilates booked on Thursday, goodness knows what that will be like. I think I have no core muscles... or nearly none...Grocery Challenge (2 adults 2 kids)

I have a bid on the Shred DVD on ebay at the moment, bit scared to be honest! Anything which is remotely like horrible PE lessons puts me right off. But if I can run, which I never thought I would be able to years ago, then I should push myself to try other things.
