Good morning all -and what a glorious day it is too!!!
Well done on the losses folks :T
Well then - 1.5lb off for me this week :j-so I have broken through the 200lb barrier :j .....
Hubby is out at golf at the moment, and we have some things planned for this week ...he is on duty tomorrow, so will leave about 8am and not get back until about 10am Tuesday. Then he has Tuesday off so we are going for a walk around the golf course and then having lunch in the club house (he won a voucher for €26 so technically it will be a free lunch and we can sit out on the terrace and soak up the sun). Then its work as normal Wed/Thur and then he only has to pop in on Friday -so we are planning on going to the safari park (hopefully getting lots of walking in too) and Im going to pack a picnic - I came up with this plan as some folk on the street are on about having a "street party" for the royal wedding (which probably means folks just drinking and lolling around all over the place)-which is my idea of hell -so we are hoping to escape as much of it as possible
-if we decide against the safari park we will find somewhere else to go...
We are out n about more this last few weeks than we have been in years
oooohh and Im supposed to be doing the car boot to raise funds for my trek next weekend -so i need to get my ar*e into gear and get some more sorting done -hmmm might be a full day at it tomorrow whilst hubby is on duty..
Well then -Im on my red carb curfew that should look like this:-
- frittata (0.5xA)
- black grapes
- activia (2.5)
- roast chicken
- 198g steamed potato (B)
- lettuce
- cucumber
- celery
- tomato
- onions
- tickled cabbage
- tickled onions
- tickled beetroot
- fibre plus bar (B)
- frozen berries
- activia (2.5)
- prawns
- avocado (5)
- salad *as above*
- 250ml semi (A)
- 125ml semi (0.5xA)
- activia (2.5)
Now I make that 2A+B and 12.5syns of total yumminess
I passed my easter target so I have set up a new target -to lose 1st in time for hubbies birthday -I have until the 23rd of June -so I have 9 weeks including todays weigh in... then I have figured that my next big date to aim for will be our Anniversary at the begining of August -then I think it must be My birthday for the next one (in December) -hopefully I will be at target by then -or pretty close
Right I will get off and get on with some more planning... have a lovely day everyone and keep at it!!!-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 - frittata (0.5xA)

It's lovely reading all the posts again.....MrsM - 200lbs - you must be so pleased!!!
Lynzpower - just a thought. I thought on EE days you were only allowed 1 heb and 1 hea.
Thanks for the welcome back Dizzy - I'm clinging onto the tank by my fingertips so we're in for a bumpy ride!!
Had some friends round yesterday and it turned into a bit of a night. Luckily we only have healthyish food in so it could have been worse. Had a few
glasses of wine so that's my quota for the next few weeks! (I'm not a big drinker!).
Am going to try and plan the weeks menus now. I often do this and then get sidetracked so any tips on how to stay with the planned food?
xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -

Yeah thats right, but Im maintaining now. As I gained a bit last week doing this I am having the extra A or B on EE days but not on green/red. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Morning all
MRSM - well done you!
I hope everyone is doing well with the Easter Chocolate, I have 9 eggs for my work kids sitting in my spare room that will not be touched! They have been there a month and I haven't eaten them yet so should be ok!

Morning all!
Step away from the Easter Eggs!
I don't have any - told OH not to bother so should be OK - he has one though so may have to taste it for quality control purposes of course!
Today is a quiet day in our house - no plans really so hopefully I can be good? We went out last night and I ended up having one small glass of wine then a diet coke - repeat three times! So three small rose wines but only 1 syn for the rest of the day so it could have been worse.
So today's food will be something like...
Breakfast - Weetabix Oaty bar (B choice)
Lunch - beans and small jacket potato, laughing cows (A choice), 2 satsumas
Dinner - sweet potato curry (2 syns for spice mix), dollop of chana masala (4 syns), rice
So that's 1 B choice, 1 A choice and 6 syns so far.
Will do Shred day 2 later too although the old legs are a bit stiff today!0 -
Just read everyone else's posts and wanted to say well done to all of the fab losers - excellent work ladies!:beer::beer:0

Well done LOSERS :T been a long time since I lost anything like 3lb+ in a week. Not that I did many times, I was def the scenic route kind
. MrsM 200lb gone WOW can't imagine how different you must look now. I bet those who knew the old you will think MrM has a new girlfriend :rotfl:. I remember someone saying that about me but for the wrong reason [in other words I was fatter
].
My sister complained yesterday that shes gained loads of weight and must admit I had a sly smile as shes ALWAYS been the slim one. Shes blaming pre-menopause, I blame the stuff she eats :rotfl:.
Anyway WI for me and I've STS which I'm happy with after the silly stuff I ate yesterday and today I have a small choc egg waiting for me in the cupboard [not creme egg small but smaller than normal sized easter eggs IYKWIM] I did stick to plan all week and only had 30 syns in total til yesterday. Next week will be back at work so will have a better chance of sticking to plan.
Anyhoo Happy Easter All x x x x xIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

ohhhh gawd -I haven't lost 200lbs -YET .. its 127.5lbs -I meant I was now out of weighing in the 200lbs :rotfl:-Im now 198.5
I know what you mean about always being the bigger one... I can't wait to get home and NOT be the biggest :j -Im not bothered about being the smallest *although I wouldn't say NO* -but Im loving going places and not being the biggest there. Its odd as yesterday I was pondering shorts -now -I don't mean short shorts more -just above the knee for lolling around the garden etc -but I have calf muscles like a Russian shot putter (A MALE one at that
) -so Im very aware of them - hubby pointed out that the lady across the way was out in shorts - "well I could just about consider it if I was that size" was my answer -and hubby looked at me like I was puddled (nowt new there though) and told me I was about 2/3 of her size
(hubby never comments on other people bless him-he actually doesn't notice peoples shape/size etc).... so I might consider some shorts after all - then I can stop having legs the colour of uncooked chicken :rotfl:
Right -off for more fettling
-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Sorry Mrs M - thought that you had lost 200, but what you have lost is awesome!!
Lynspower - likewise - sorry. Didn't realise you were a target person.
Must get back into everyone's stories!
We are planning a nice walk this afternoon. Quite a stressful morning as our new kitten is taking his first steps outside and ended up in next doors garden in a stand off with a very large labrador..... He was 3 times his normal size and gave me a vampire snarl as I went to get him. Looks like he can take care of himself anyway!NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
Happy Easter everyone!!!:D
Well done all the losers!
I have made an executive decision today, tonight I am treating myself to a creme egg :j will make sure I am within my syn allowance of course, but it is easter after all :T0
