    Goooood Afternoon one and all
Well done on the losses folks :T

    Its another scorcher here...:D

Hubby is on duty today -but came back for most of the morning which was lovely -even if it messes up my routine and meal plan..
Have to say though that Im becoming a demon winging it and changing plan at the drop of a hat :j

Well then folks if yesterday mass fettle, humpin n dumpin doesn't costitute some serious body magic I don't know what does -I was knick knack nooed by the time I had done.... and there is still plenty more to do ...guess thats something to do this afternoon. -I will get my backside into the loft and finish off what I started weeks ago too .
On the up side of yesterdays fettlin -I came across my "winter coat" which wasn't really as the edges only came about half way across my boobs -so I thought I would try it on and its too big -so its going to the car boot as I won't wear a heavy coat again until winter and by then I intend on having a nice full length wool one as I WILL be staying at my goal once I get there so I won't mind investing in a good one .......
ooohh and when i was sorting through the pockets I found a €20 note

Anyway ... another red carb curfew for me -that should look like this:-
    2 weetabix (B)
    250ml semi
    (A)
    227g Jacket potato (B)
    cottage cheese
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    celery
    onions
    tickled cabbage
    tickled beetroot
    tickled onions

    frozen cherries
    frozen raspberries
    activia (2.5)
    roast chicken
    1/4tsp oil (0.5) - to stir fry
    onions
    broccoli
    mushrooms
    mange tout
    french beans
    baby corn

    250ml semi (A)
    activia (2.5)
SO thats 2A+Bs and 5.5syns .... oooh and yesterday I only used 10syns up.. so I have a few in hand "just in case"

Tomorrow when hubby gets back from work we are off for a walk around the golf course -and then we are having lunch in the club house -apparently if its nice there is a roof terrace -so we will plonk ourselves up there:D -the bonus is that lunch will be free as hubby won a €26 voucher in a game (nowt better than a free lunch :p)....
THEN on Friday when he gets home -about 10am hopefully we are off out in the car (Im packing a picnic) and we are off to avoid the wedding ;) -so far we are thinking the safari park, if not then we will find somewhere else -as long as I get out AND get some exercise I don't care where we go :D....

Right -I will get off and get some more sorting done.....
Have a lovely day everyone and keep at it....

    Hello everyone

the easter egg bunny came for me yesterday, pinned me down and made me eat chocolate :D

Anyway onwards - Might I even stick to it today EE or maybe even red?!!?

Break: Cereal HEB, half muller with blueberries and HEA milk
Lunch: Superfree veggie stirfry ( are carrots free on red? ) with soy, pot of supernoodles which were awful so I binned them ( wont be buying them again) Strawbs, banana and a yog.
Dinner: chicken salad. Chargrilled peppers. ( lettuce rocket watercress peppers onions radish carrot)

Hmm will consider whether this is red or not?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

MRSM - ta for link, I was gonna ask someone to post it so I could buy it. I've cancelled my gym membership as of May as I'm still to dizzy to use machines safely but think I can cope with DVD in my flat.

Just did a 25 minute run! Yeah! Map my run says it is 3.6km.
Of course, it is all work avoidance (have to go back to work tomorrow and need to prep, yuck).

MRS M - Thanks for the link, I have just ordered it - Might not be "talking" to you after it arrives (only joking). I really need to get back into excercising. I used to go to the gym 5 days a week when I first started SW but after I got to target I got lazy and didn't go. I was really pleased with results from the gym but can't afford to go now so hoping that this will help.

Well done all the losers and welcome to all the newbies and returners. x

    About Shred....

Be warned it doesn't look that bad and its doable at the time - its the next day that you'll feel the "benefits"!

    I'd recommend it though!
    Good luck!

Hi all.. Wondering if someone would helpfully post a link to or the actual recipe for some yummy homemade burgers I saw on here? Think it may have been mrs m recipe? (apologies if I have that totally wrong).

Thanks in advance, doing EE and want to do BBQ in a bit.

    Thanks again.
