    Morning all!
Just back from Mr T's and the weekly shop - getting a bit bored with food so have tried a few new things this week.

Does anyone know if the new Jacob's Flatbreads are a HEB? They say they are full of fibre so maybe? They were half price so bought some to have a try.

    Todays food will be ...
Breakfast - none (I know! Didn't feel like any after a lie in)
Lunch - either the flatbread cracker things with Laughing Cow lights or Ryvitas and some fruit (B choice and A choice)
Dinner - small jacket potato, tuna (B choice) and salad
Snacks - satsuma, mixed frozen berries

Going out tonight for a drink but am not really that bothered about drinking so may volunteer to drive to save some syns.

There's only so much diet coke you can drink - does anyone else have any ideas about syn free non alcoholic drinks?

Have a good skinny day - off to try the Shred for the first time - wish me luck!

Hi - I am back with my tail between my legs.
I have been floundering over the past few months - not really gained, but haven't lost either.
The only bright part is that we went on a cruise up the coast of Norway, and lost a pound! Lots of walking, and v v expensive food meant we had minimal lunches as we were on half board!
I am 50 in August and want to get towards my target so I'm back for the motivation of reading your posts, and grateful for any help!
Hope everyone is OK - nice to see a lot of familiar names still here.
I am still a keen exerciser, and have just started running again. I'm not that fond of running, but know it is a good way to burn more calories!
Just need the willpower to stay with food optimising, and get back on track!!
    Hey ho!

    welcome back hun :D
Ive saved a seat for you on the Dizzy tank smiley-transport011.gif;) x x

All diet drinks are "free" ( I adore diet coke and never tire of it, ever!) the likes of diet fanta, sprite etc. However, you dont really see these diet drinks many places anymore :(

Enjoy the shred! I need to get one of these I think!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Morning all : wave:

Well weigh in has brough bad news for me and the OH this week, I have gained 3lbs and OH has gained 7. Part of that was the jaffa cake binge ( me ) and red coke and beers ( him) but I also think that the extra HEB is a problem as well as it reduces the volume of superfree.

Therefore have made the executive decision to only have extra HEB on EE days and not on green. I shall also get back to weighing cereal as this has stopped happening recently... :o Well im on the tank now tho so all good :)

    Ok so today is EE:
Break: Banana strawbs & half muller
Brunch: bacon, frylite egg mushrooms and beans 1 WW toast 1/3rd HEB
Lunch: left over chicken and salad from last night
    Snack blueberries
Tea: HM burger HEB roll few HM wedges, salad, corn etc.
    Syn: dime bar 7 & WW minim icecream 3 = 10

    Hope everyone is well

    I am officially SHREDDED!
It does go past very quickly and is quite hard so I think it'll be quite easy to fit in - all done in 30 mins.

I quite like Jillian - although she does nag! She's no namby pamby "take a break if you need it" type though!

Well done to the losers and welcome back to the returners!

Lynz - I'm sure you'll find the right balance - I would imagine its trial and error for all of the target members?

    Good afternoon all
Well done on the NSVs folks :T ....
TakeitEazy -hope you are better soon

welshwoofer -I love Jillian because she isn't all "pink n frilly" - I have another DVD that I would love if the woman wasn't all "American cheerleader type ...all tan, teeth and other things begining with T :p"

Anyway lovely ladies -I was out of my bed at "sparows fart" this morning -6:15 :D (had a blinding headache like I used to have all the time before my op, so grabbed 2 of my pain killers and promptly felt "p*ssed as an idiot") -still the head ache went away:T.. I think I know the problem -I took 2 like I did when I was at my biggest and I think my body couldn't cope with it)...in the car by 7pm and on the golf course by 7:30 (by which time I had "sobered up" :p) ...... 2hrs 30mins walking and 13,000 steps covered ... we stopped of at the naafi, then home.. made lunch and then I went out and cut the grass whilst its lovely and quiet out there :j -so thats my exercise for the day

I got a few "whoopsie"bargains in the naafi....
*a large chicken for €1 -just cooked it ;)
*4 HUGE chicken breasts -€1.50 -individually bagged and frozen now,
*bramley apple quorn sausages 50c -so I have 3 packs wedged in the freezer ....
    *celery 25c
    *2 large courgettes 25c
*large sirloin steak €1.25 -making stir fry tonight :D
    *french beans 50c
    *baby corn/mange tout 50c
    *punnet plums 50c
    *punnet black grapes 50c
*2 heads broccoli 25c -that look better than the non whoopsed stuff

I think they got caught out with so many folks being away on leave this week . If I could have wedged anything else in either freezer I would have taken more chickens as I eat a lot of that.... but I can't squidge a pea in there now :o

Now then my meal plan has changed slightly sooooo its now:-
    piece frittata (0.5xA)
fibre plus bar (B)-eaten on the 10th hole
    pineapple
    feta cheese (A)
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    onions
    celery
    tickled beetroot
    tickled cabbage
    tickled onions

    fibre plus (B)
    sirloin steak
    1/4tsp oil
    (0.5) -to stir fry:-
    onions
    mushrooms
    asparagus
    bean sprouts
    broccoli
    green beans
    peppers

    activia (2.5)
    125ml semi (0.5xA)
so thats 2A+B and now only 3 syns .... its the 1st time I have ever had 2 cereal bars in a day as I don't like doing it, I like proper food ;)but it served its purpose for today I guess

Right Im off to catch up and then veg out on the sofa for the afternoon :D -have a lovely weekend all and keep up the great work!!!

Does anyone know if I can drink Asdas fruit teas on SW? I cant find it in my book. I tend to drink a lot of these instead of coffee but not sure how good they are. Thanks

    Hi,
I've had a look online but can't find any Asda fruit teas but I tried Twinnings fruit teas and this came back....

Fruit & Herbal Infusion Tea Bags, all varieties, 100ml FREE on all plans

Think they're the same sort of thing?
    Hope this helps.

All fruit teas are free so far as I know. I love them and drink them mostly at work where the ordinary tea is foul due to them using fatty milk. All they are is a vegetable or fruit infusion, no calories at all, just flavour.
