Hey MrsCawber, before wrong you will be running a marathon!
I am reporting in after my weigh in last night, I have lost a whopping 4.5lbs this week, so I am chuffed to bits!!! that's a total of 1st 4lbs in 4 weeks, got my 1st stone award and also was slimmer of the week!!!!
Onwards and downwards though, I am only a few lbs overweight now which is great news, BMI is now 26.6 I think so I'm getting there, this time though I am determined to get to the lower end of my weight range rather than staying at the top end to give me a bit more breathing space, so that's another 2st 2lbs to go yet.Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 4lb which I was thrilled with. I can't believe what an easy plan it is to follow.0

Well done on the jogging MrsM. I was a bit wary of getting on my Wii as the balance board weighs the person standing on it as a way of confirming who they are. I was thinking it may tell me to get off as I've lost about a stone since I was last on it, but if yours has let you carry on then I should be ok.
I got my 1 1/2 stone off award yesterday, but I've picked up a food diary thingy to fill in as I think I've been slipping a bit lately. I'm going to have a go at putting todays diary on here if that's ok? It's EE.
Breakfast : hard boiled egg, melon, grapes.
Lunch : 1/2 pouch of Tilda mexican rice(1 syn) with chopped cucumber, onions and tomatoes with an A$da wholemeal pitta (HEB)) and fat free fromage frais
Dinner : Sea bass fillet with SW chips and side salad with baby leaves, beetroot, chopped onions, tomatoes and 28g cheese (HeA)
I'm still undecided on my sins....maybe a glass of wine with dinner or a bottle of beer whilst sat out in the garden with my friends.
Take care all of you.0 -
Morning all!
Just back from the park with the dog and bathing him afterwards - fox poo rolling - lovely!
He's all fluffy and smelling of Timotei now, so an improvement!
We have been invited to a BBQ this afternoon (I'm not keen) so that's a bit of a struggle foodwise especially as I'm a veggie. I'm not that much of a fan of quorn sausage and burgers on the BBQ so not really looking forward to it (in fact I don't want to go - there, said it!).
So, I really have no idea about what my food day will look like:( and I don't like being out of control.
So for the day up until then...
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - pasta and sauce (1syn) (using milk as A choice) and some grapes/raspberries to use them up before they go manky
I'm saving B choices and most syns for later as I don't know what to expect.
Hope everyone else has a good day! (Stay away from the easter eggs - its not quite time yet!)0 -
Helo everyone
Well I managed to go over by 3 syns yesterday which isnt that bad really! I dumped the lemon merangue WW, as it was just horrible and synthetic. Wont buy them again!
Anyway,
Im guessing its a EE day today:
Banana & yog for break
When Oh gets up it will be bacon, eggs, mushrooms beans
Lunch Veggie burger ( 2) salad with HEB brown roll
Dinner: Chicken and salads I think, maybe a Jacket or potato wedges? Might get round to making the HM coleslaw finally today
Pud Fruit and a dime bar!
Hope everyone has a great day.
Ps Im sure the Paul Mckenna fits well with SW, after all you are only meatn to eat when hungry or until comfortably full. I manage this fine generally, Im not an overeater i the past just ate lots of the wrong things (biscuits and crisps lol) Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Hey WelshWoofer, I'm vegtarian too and dread bbq's. Have you thought about portobello muchrooms with some thyme on them, and maybe a slice of light halloumi on top? spray with some frylight first so they don't dry up. Or you could make some vegetable kebab skewers and take them with you, or just eat before you go and just nibble some salad while you're there.
I'm off to my mum's in Dvon today, just had boiled eggs on a piece of toast for brekkie (HEB) and am going to get some fruit to munch on in the car, and mum has got some instructions about what to do for dinner, so just need to try and keep the wine under control as I do tend to drink more when I'm there!
I hope everyone's easter weekend is as relaxing or exciting as you'd like it to be xxSay what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -

rachel, did you do anything differently seeing as you went over your syns? like do more exercising/ cutting down your syns for rest of the week, ect?
I've gone over my syns 3 days this week, and really REALLY want a loss so i'm hoping I can get some advice from you!
I've been tracking my food on myfitnesspal too, which tells you how much fat/cals/fibre/carbs/sugar your eating each day, which is telling me the damage may not be too bad, but I don't want this to send me off track.
Today is a ??? day! I've only got bits in, so for tea it will be either;
quorn chicken and potato pie (feb's magazine)
spaghetti bolognaise, lasagne, or quorn mushy pea curry
B - 2 x weetabix (HEB) with ss milk (HEA)
L - to be decided
T - to be decided!
might have lunch out somewhere, get a co-op salad or a chicken salad from McDonalds.Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR

I've been off work this week and because I haven't been able to go to the gym, I've been going on really long dog walks with the kids. Also I haven't really been snacking. I snack a lot at work, mainly due to boredom. Also I've been eating a lot of salad this week, so I'm actually probably eating two thirds superfree food a day, and I'm drinking a lot of water. I'm only meant to have 10 syns a day, which I can find quite hard, especially when there's beer and chocolate involved :rotfl:
EE again today
B: Banana, mullerlight
S: Hi-fi chocolate bliss (HEB)
L: Pasta salad (1 for ex light mayo), ham, chicken. melon
S: Fruit if hungryCheese (HEA), ham & tomato omelette, sw chips, salad, mullerlight cheesecake yog (1)
So 8 syns left for today. Will see how I feel later, as I did over-endulge on the beers last nightLBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x
